GSB ASPHALT CONSTRUCTION

Everything went well when GSB Asphalt was able to come to the house to do the work. There was a steel framed vinyl covered shelter we had to move off the driveway as well as a large tractor with a few implements. When we got the estimate we were told to call GSB Asphalt as soon as the driveway was ready to be worked on. Since this was a "small job" they advised us they would come over at the end of their workday and bring the leftover hot asphalt from whatever major job they were working on that day. They would use that to fill the major cracks, then come back on a Saturday and complete the job. Well, it turned out that this June was the wettest June we have had since the year 2000. GSB (as well as other contractors in asphalt and concrete) got behind in their work because it seemed to rain every 2 or 3 days. There were also some miscommunications between us, but I will take responsibility for those. As such, the work was delayed approximately 3 weeks. However................................it was worth the wait. They did what they said they would do and did an excellent job. If we ever need other asphalt/paving work done, we are going to call GSB Asphalt.

Completely uneventful. They did the job well in the expected time.

My experience overall with the company was very good. The estimate that they gave us was completely accurate. Also, they finished the procedure the day of the estimate. The workers were both clean and courteous. I would use the company again in the future.

My neighbors had a driveway done and he did a great job for them as well. I had priced with 5 other people and he was in middle, so he wasn't the cheapest, but the quality of the work he did couldn't have been better.
