I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, couple of days prior I reached out informing them I had a last minute work thing arise and would have to reschedule for Wednesday. Tuesday arrived I get home from work my wife informs me she has to attend a wedding in the AM. This company would only book me at 8am (which getting kids reach for school) I reached out again to Inform them that I couldn’t keep my appointment due to my wife attending an funeral and apologize numerous times. I was met with a response stating “Right. Find another electrician that will deal with you.” This by far is strange and nasty. This company would ONLY take cash or check for services which I was fine with but reading reviews after this interaction this owners needs some professional help

Todd, the owner took my call and gave me a quote to install recessed lights and track lights and switchs. He was very thorough, professional courteous. He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. They covered the work area with plastic and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this C.T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC for timely, quality, electrical work. I am a happy satisfied customer and give them a five-star rating and recommendation.

I highly recommend CT Smith Electrical LLC , 410-984-8693, because of the fantastic job they did in installing a ceiling fan, including the wiring and switches. Also, I had recessed lighting put in my hallway. The gentlemen showed up on time and were very friendly and professional.

The Services provided by CT SMITH ELECTRIC, was exceptional, beyond any doubt. From the initial call to the crew that did the job, I was totally impressed. Price was below what I was expecting and the skill level to complete the installation was Superior. Fully explained the scope and went right to work. Late in posting the review but Mr. Smith and his son came out to repair my dryer after it had begun to make a loud squeaking noise. Mr. Smith provided me with the pros and cons of the job before getting started. Very transparent and professional. Would highly recommend. The job was completed Feb 19, 2019 and every time I remove clothing from the dryer, I think about how much money he saved me! Thanks!

They installed my exhaust fan, and the price was reasonable. However, when a I noticed insulation coming out from behind the fan from the attic, I went up into the attic to find that they did not use any aluminum tape to seal the vent to the fan or seal the insulation from dropping down into the grate. They did the hard part, but did not finish the job.

The service was stellar from the start. I contacted C. T. Smith Electrical and everything from explaining what I needed to the actual work being done was managed professionally. I provided pictures as well as the electricians came out to assess. The price was very fair for the jobs requested and even when there were some issues that required additional work, the additional cost was fair. They have no way of knowing what is behind the scenes until the start the work and I completely appreciated their assessment and the options available to complete the job. I am so happy with outcome. Very fair pricing compared to other pros. Also did the drywall patchwork (we needed to sand and repaint.) Most electricians don’t do any patchwork (or so I’ve heard.)

Extremely professional and efficient. Hired the company to swap out a few double pole circuits. Received (4) other companies from Home Advisor before receiving CT Smith, none of the others have gotten back to me (3) days after initial contact and voicemail. CT Smith requested to quote the project, I called them and left a message, immediately received a call back and scheduled for the next morning. Highly recommend CT Smith and will be utilizing them as I continue my home renovation projects.

the contractor should up on time, did not diagnosed the issue, they rewired some connection, they do not accept credit card. After 400 dollars the issue still there, and it has been worsen and they do not respond back , it has been a total waist of money and time.
