CT sent out two guys who were very friendly and helpful. They explained what needed to be done and worked quickly and cleanly. I have more electrical work projects in my house and marked CT for reference.

The company’s staff was very attentive, honest and knowledgeable about the ceiling fan installation. I was contacted by Todd yesterday related to my service appointment. Furthermore, I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. However, I reached out to the company early this morning and they still was able to provide outstanding service. I will be using this company in the future.

They installed a ceiling fan. Then I found out one of the blades was bent and a wire was missing from the light fixture. I can't use the fan, have to buy a new one. I was hoping they would take the fan back down, but they didn't.

CT Smith Electrical Services are fantastic. They called within 2 hours of me sending in the request. They did a quote the same day and was even able to squeeze me in and install my electrical outlets. The technician was very courteous and respectful. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up after his work. One more great thing, the rates were very fair. I will definitely use them for all of my future electrical work.
