They arrived on time, were pleasant and did a fine job. They manually removed debris rather than trying to flush everything down the downspouts. One downspout was clogged at the bottom. They removed it, got the debris out and then replaced the downspout. We were very happy with the service. Their performance was such that we plan to have them back at a more convenient time to clean some windows.

When answering the phone, they were nice and polite. I made an appointment for them to come out in two weeks. Then they never showed up. That was pretty annoying, especially since I waited so long for them because they had been highly recommended.

WORKMEN ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAD GOOD LADDERS. THEY USED THEIR OWN HOSE AND REMOVED ALL DEBRIS. THEY HOSED OFF SLANTING ROOF TO CHECK DOWNSPOUTS. THEY WERE A LITTLE HARD TO GET BUT WORTH THE EFFORT.
Description of Work: GUTTERS WERE CLEANED ON A SMALL ROW HOUSE-BOTH BACK AND FRONT. FRONT GUTTER WAS HARD TO GET TO BECAUSE OF FRONT PORCH AND BAY WINDOW.
