Description of Work: We've used T & D for multiple things over the past 2 years, mainly snaking a bathtub drain in our older house (every 6 months), but also rebuilding our outside water faucet and more recently, unclogging our kitchen sink. The latter was the biggest issue, but after 3 long hours of alternately working with a snake and drill, Ryan and his colleague were able to remove the blockage beyond the garbage disposal. We've tried other businesses (Len the Plumber & private one-man shows) but are happy staying with T & D. Their prices seem standard (more than private, less than Len) and M-F they're always able to get to us within 24 hours, often the same day.

+ -1 moreThey did the original work in the house. They didn't charge because they had done the work with the original construction. It was very good and they were very nice. What they came to fix was what they didn't do right when we built the house. We would call them again if it were other repair work for the plumbing. They came out right away and were very punctual. I shouldn't have had to call them because they should have done the work correctly the first time but it wasn't a bad experience.

+ -1 moreThis was a pleasant experience. The workers showed up on time when they said they would and cleaned up well when they were finished. I did feel that their price could have been a little better. However, I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They installed a new shower head. This was the first time I had used this company. They did this work for me about a month ago.

+ -1 moreRight from the beginning of the phone conversation I had with them, I could tell that this was an honest company. I've always heard horror stories about plumbing companies and their employees but I must say that this company is nothing like that. They were very upfront about everything they would do.
