+ -1 moreSaw their truck which promoted - "Free Estimates", called to schedule them for work. Was told first it was a $95 service fee, when I told them that their truck said they did free estimates, I was told that yes, the estimate would be free if I decided to use them. I explained that's not a free estimate. I was transferred to an office manager to be scheduled. I was then told it was an $89 service fee. When I again questioned this, I was told that the only free estimates were for new installations. I asked why the different price quote and I was sharply asked if I wanted to schedule a plumber or not. I said not and that I would let folks know about their "free estimates", I was told to do what ever I wanted and that I needed to stop wasting their time. Geezs, thanks but no thanks!
