Description of Work: We had moved into our new house, the shower in the guest bathroom was an old fixture which didnt function. They came out on a Saturday after I requested them for an estimate. After estimating the amount, they proceeded to fix the shower faucet,handle which required extensive work in cutting pipes and replacing them with new appliances. They also were honest to tell us which new fixtures were longer lasting,as I had 2 different companies fixtures . I would highly recommend their services as they were very professional in their work and demeanor

plumbing, water heater repair
+ 0 moreWhen plumber came to install the part he saw that it was easier than expected to install, so he lowered his original price for labor. Also, the part arrived a head of schedule; he called when it arrived and said he could be there that afternoon if we wanted. He came within an hour and installed the part. No water heater problems since.
Description of Work: Water heater pilot would not stay on, so plumber fixed it so water heater would stay on (it was simply dirty). However, he noticed metal parts on the floor and called the company to see what it was; he found the issue and ordered the part from the company and then came in to install it once it arrived. I do not recall what the part was called, but I know had never heard of it before!

+ -1 moreHe did the work well, originally it appears that the backup subpump was pumping into the original subpump and then out, but he saw that there was a check valve and they were sinply using the same pipe to get out of the house. Once he saw that he didn't charge us for that planned labor and lowered our cost. Also, when doing the estimate he checked to see if the subpumps were working properly (before we agreed to hire him), another company wanted $125 for that. He also came back a second itme, free of charge, to re-do the w/d instalation as Best Buy messed up on delievery and didn't put the w/d on pedestals, they returned a week later to put them on pedestals bu tthen didn't re-attach the w/d. Plumr dd it for free.
Description of Work: He installed our washer and electric dryer (including adding new connections that did not previous exist in that room), drilled a new dryer vent, installed a gas range and dish washer, installed a new kitchen faucet, installed the battery back up to our subpump.
