Great job, reasonably priced. Came the same day I called. highly recommend.

Used them in the past with exceptional service however, this time they lost a customer. The new gentlemen Herman was sent to my home he replaced my tub fixtures with cheap materials that broke after one week of use. He was then called back out( after my calls, messages & text were ignored for 4 days) to fix, 2 weeks later it broke again. The leaky pipe apparently continued to leak after the drywall was replaced. Long story short i paid this company $800 for nothing. Have had to hire another company to fix their negligence. On top of that my PEACEFUL complaint to have someone come out was handled with Irritation and extremely poor customer service. Having to write a check for this service a second time is painful.

Mr. Cousins was courteous on the phone when I was inquiring about this natural gas stove installation. He explained well what he would need to do, and the one new part he would have to provide and how much that part would cost, and the cost of the entire job. I called him on a Saturday, and he was available to come to our house and do the job the next Tuesday when we would be home. Mr. Cousins was prompt, called while he was on the way to our house and was very careful about not making any mess while completing the job. He helped us remove the old stove, gave us a little time to clean where the old stove was, and helped move the new stove in place and then completed the hookup. He thoroughly checked for gas leaks and made sure the burners lit and the oven was working. We have a natural gas clothes dryer and I would absolutely call him when we need to replace it.

Very courteous and professional. Does all his own work -- no unsupervised crews. Great to have a craftsmas/tradesman in the neighborhood.

l The estimate and the work were done on the same day. This was an appreciated time saver. Mr. Cousins is friendly but professional .

I have used him for many years for my home and rental properties. I have always been satisfied with his work and his prices. Yesterday he came within a half hour of my call and repaired the problem. It couldn't get any better than that. He does good work and he has good prices. I haven't received the bill yet so I don't know the price. He will send me a bill in a couple of weeks. I will continue to use him in the future.

I have had a very positive experience with them. They have always been very responsive and reasonably priced.
