I'm truly conflicted about this review. Things went poorly at first, then I was impressed with how they were trying to make up for it, but then it went down hill again. The first technician was not careful to diagnose the problem correctly, just pumped a lot of refrigerant into the system which didn't last 24 hours ? Not good. Then the Ops Manager himself came out on a holiday and figured out the leak in the evaporator ? Very good. Unfortunately, they sent the first tech back out to install the new evaporator. He made many errors that even I could see were wrong and had to question ? Bad. He also had a cavalier attitude about his workmanship and did a lousy, sloppy job ? Really bad. After a phone call to the Ops Mgr they assured me it was all good and correct. Well, it wasn't because that, too, stopped working within 24 hours ? Not good. Again, the Ops Manager himself, and team, came out and spent many man-hours reinstalling it correctly at no additional charge ? Very good. But then, when I could tell that there was still something wrong, I could not get them to respond to my calls, believe me that something was not right yet, or to come out and check it. It took a week of pestering until someone came to do a cursory check just so they could say they did ? Really bad. One of the problems even I figured out and fixed. For the final thing, I had to have another provider come out and diagnose and fix. Admittedly, it was an obscure and intermittent problem to find, but it was one that they had caused without understanding what they had done. Well, that's about equal Goods to Bads, Very Goods to Really Bads. So, what is that ? on average "Okay"? You do the math. I would allow that maybe it was just unusually bad luck on both sides. Maybe they demonstrated earnestness, at first, to fix it and get it right; but the obscure problem they left behind was beyond their level of expertise; or maybe they were just cutting corners, I can't be sure. But I won't go back to them, and I wouldn't risk recommending them to someone I knew. Perhaps your experience with them will be just fine.

It went extremely well. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: Our heat went out and while everyone else couldn't get to us for at least 2 weeks, BMC was to the rescue in less than 2 hours! The technician who came out was extremely helpful as not only did he fix my heat, he taught me all about the heating system itself and the cause of it's failure. BMC coordinated with me over the phone as to when they would be at my house so I didn't have to take off of work all day. They were extremely prompt, courteous, and professional.
