I have 52 windows in my home. I've used many companies over the years to install windows. Appleby has done the best job and they had the highest quality windows. While they're a bit pricey they're a great company to work with. The windows are well made, the structural integrity and design are excellent. They use high quality materials that last.

Appleby products are not cheap by any means, but they are excellent quality and their customer service is outstanding. The same or lessor quality product is of no value without great customer service. We had Appleby replace all the windows in the house over the past year and a half and are completely satisfied with their products, service and installers.

The crew of Terry, Bob and John were great. The window was triple paned and very large and had to be installed on the 2nd floor. They got it installed quickly and with minimal interruption to my day. Awesome job!!!

The initial visit by Sean (Salesman) went very well. I recently purchased a Townhouse and needed to replace the windows, however I can not currently afford to replace them all. Sean helped to start the process by suggesting replacement of 3-4 windows at a time to decrease costs. The monthly payments were calculated to fit what I could afford right now. John, the project foreman, was able to measured the size of the windows when I was at work. Then Appleby manufactured the windows to match the HOA guidelines perfectly. When the windows were ready, John called and we scheduled the installation visit. On the day of the installation John arrived right on time and began working immediately. At all times during the installation, John was careful to cover the wood floors with a tarp and the siding with tape to avoid any damage. When the installation was complete John made sure to clean all evidence that any work had been done, both inside and out side the house. He was very courteous and working with him was very easy. When these windows are paid off I will definitely be calling John and Appleby to make an appointment for the next group of windows. Thank you.

He came to give us an estimate. The price he gave was very high. He left and we waited and had another guy come out. This guy told us that the first guy had done some bad estimates and he wanted to come out and give an estimate. The big selling point was they were going to have it done by Christmas. Later on, the guy came out and told us that he had to rewrite the contract to get the proper permits. We didn't pay much attention and he changed the due dates and now it was going to be done in February. The job that they did was terrible. We had a lot of leaky roof problems during the construction. Our job was a part time job when they did not have something else to do. They would never be here on a certain day or time. At one point they were supposed to show up at 8am and they showed up at noon. They always showed up late or didn't even show. Once they said the job was finished they had to come back twice because of a leaky roof. The manager wanted me to sign the contract because the due date was coming up. The day they were going to make me sign off, there was a big dip in the roof that was holding water.
