John, the project foreman, was able to measured the size of the windows when I was at work. Then Appleby manufactured the windows to match the HOA guidelines perfectly. When the windows were ready, John called and we scheduled the installation visit. On the day of the installation John arrived right on time and began working immediately. At all times during the installation, John was careful to cover the wood floors with a tarp and the siding with tape to avoid any damage. When the installation was complete John made sure to clean all evidence that any work had been done, both inside and out side the house. He was very courteous and working with him was very easy.
When these windows are paid off I will definitely be calling John and Appleby to make an appointment for the next group of windows. Thank you.
