Professional. Gave us options for other ways of doing our project.

It went very well. They are professional and have a good knowledge base about our heating system.

Initially called to resolve an ongoing service issue, potentially excerbated by another heating contractor. Their tech was professional and direct. This repair was completed within the estimate and our heat was restored. However, there were other issues with our aging system, pump, fill valve. We chose to investigate complete replacement to a high efficiency boiler. Their estimate was reasonable , their crew was prompt professional and dedicated. Some minor issues remained after they had the system running ( that they mentioned) which they corrected promptly. They were on it, customer friendly and dedicated to making it right.

I did not originally get them from Angie's List. They gave me a four hour window and they were within that time. I had two providers out for different thing and the guy from AJ wasn't as professional. I ask him if they had financing available and he said no. On Angie's List ts says that they do, so he wasn't familiar with his companies policies.

Immediately Don called us and then came out several times to answer our questions. He offered us an alternative system that was a little cheaper but we chose the Mr. Slim. The installers came and did such a wonderful job protecting our new vinyl siding and making my husbands' requests work. I can't think of anything that was negative with the whole experience. Without a doubt we would not hesitate to use this company again. They were terrific!

I called for help on an AC/thermostat issue. They helped me over the phone and didn't charge me anything - on a Saturday too!

A technician was able to come out the same day, even though it wasn't an emergency situation. The technician cleaned the AC unit and refilled the freon, then checked the temperature of various vents in the house to make sure the unit was cooling the house properly. The technician was prompt and friendly.

The rep was completely professional and from the start trustworthy. They told me the estimates I had already obtained were too high and their bid came in under. They were out to my house the very next day completely prepared to install the system. My house is 30yrs old and they needed to do some creative work inside the house to make the UV system work. I am completely happy and that would not normally be said after spending so much money. The fact is the work was the best price, the fasted service with professional staff and a quality product. Can't ask for much more!

They are prompt. They also do good work. They clean up very well after themselves. They are also reasonably priced. I have used them for a number of years. They have always been reliable and done a great job.

Never showed up (or phoned) for a scheduled appointment for basic A/C and heating service.
