Duane (the owner) and Brian arrived within the time range that I was told. They were very courteous and explained all the details as to what they were going to do. I had several questions during the time that they were at the house and they answered them to my satisfaction. At first, Brian and I went around the house so he could see the location of all the returns and vents. Duane was cutting the necessary number of holes in the duct system in the basement and hooking up the large diameter hose to the duct system; the end of this hose was connected to a vacuuming system located outside the door to my cellar. Brian removed the floor vent covers and stuffed a thick sheet of foam into the duct and/or a sheet of insulated material over the hole from the duct so that nothing would blow into the house. They proceeded to vacuum and I was amazed by the amount of suction there was. Then they did the same with the cool air return side of the system. After that was all done,Brian cleaned my vent covers and put them back in place. Most of the cool air returns were not dirty except for one and so Brian thoroughly cleaned that one but for those which were not too dirty, he still vacuumed the cover itself and the duct since he had a small suction attachment that could fit between the vent louvers. After that, Brian applied the mold spray into each of the floor vents and wiped up the excess moisture while Duane was putting metal covers over all the holes that he had cut. I want to add that they did not pressure me to do the mold spray but I thought it would be best so I requested that they do it for an additional $100. They also took the time to provide an answer as to why the mold had occurred and he showed my husband and myself that it was likely due to an old humidifier that was no longer in use since we had replaced it with a new one some time ago. I was very pleased with their efforts, particularly since I was concerned that the vacuuming would spread dirt throughout the house. But that did not happen! They took their equipment out to the truck, then Duane took a final look around the house to ensure that everything was clean and at the same condition as when they arrived. I had also requested that they wear shoe covers which they did with no problem. They were thorough, professional and courteous and were done in about 1-1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have their duct system cleaned.

The service went well. The technicians were very personable and were great with our dogs. They were also very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was that a something they used or the dust in the ducts caused severe allergies for me. I had no issues with scheduling.

It was fine. I don't have any complaints. They took out a dead bird that was in one of the vents.

It went wonderful. They are very profesional. Fast and efficiant. They did a great clean up job after they were finished. The two workers were really a great team and worked really well together.

Appointments are easily made online and office staff emailed to confirm dates and times. The technicians arrived on time and were able to clean everything in several hours. They were professional and respectful of our space.

It seemed to go well but the contractor did not take the time to show me the different air ducts that were cleaned or the cleaning site in the basement. They left a bit of a mess in the basement that I had to clean up.

There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. Halfway through the job, they got another job to follow up after mine. When they got the second job it seemed they were working faster and the thoroughness of their work may have been compromised at that time. As far as the quality of the work, it’s hard to check to see if they did a thorough job or not.

It was fine. They were thorough and clean. They did leave any mess. They set us right up. They were here when they said they were going to be here. I don’t know if we are going to use them again because we thought it was allergies.

I seem to have a lot more dust than I used to have, like in the bathrooms, and kitchen. I don't know if that is why I have more dust than I used to have. The price was good.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. They did not charge me anything extra other than the big deal purchase. He showed me exactly what he was doing, everything step by step, so I enjoyed it.

They did a great job. We had never had our ducts done and never even realized that it was something you needed to do so we saw a big improvement. It was a Big Deal so the price was good. They came exactly on time the day they said.

I will use them again in the future.

This company did a fabulous job cleaning my air ducts I can breath a BIG difference!

It was good. I had no problems with them. I haven't really noticed any difference but I guess the vents are clean. I guess the pricing was alright as opposed to some other companies. I would use them again.

I would like to have known ahead of time that everything had to be cleared from underneath all ducts. Didn’t use drop cloths, so the little shreds of metal from cutting the holes were all over the place, including clean clothes. Other than that, they were great.

I have not had my duct work cleaned since I have moved into my house, which was 25 years ago. They showed me a before and after view of the ducts and I was quite impressed. They were professionals who clearly put the customer first. They also gave me honest advice as to how often I should have both my dryer vent and duct work cleaned. I would use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.

It turned out just fine. We were very happy. They were clean and they clean up after themselves. They were respectful and didn't make a mess. They did a great job.

Service went well. The provider made comments to other contractors that were working in the house the same day which were unneccesary. They were hired to clean air ducts and not tell the electricians how to do their job.

The came in the front windows to plug in the vacuum to my system which was great but they didn't put the windows back on properly. They did come back and put them on correctly once I discovered the issue.

They did the job. They were on time & worked quickly. However, none of their grill returns were put back on straight -- I was disappointed with that.

It went well. They were on time, worked hard, and showed me the before and after for everything they did. Pleasant and professional people.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. Everything was fine. He did the job as it was entailed so that was good. My dad was here and he reported that he was really nice and he was here on time. They didn't make a mess of my house. They did exactly what they had explained. I didn't spend any additional money.
