Description of Work: Cleaned out air ducts and dryer vent.

Description of Work: The technicians cleaned the house air ducts. The company was fine--average. The receptionist/scheduler was great. The challenge waa that the technicians were pretty aggressive in performing the work and afterward left the house with new holes that we did not anticipate--two new visibly patched vent holes and missing screws for the return vent. Maybe this is typical for this type of work. We didn't know. Initially, ee were not certain whether the ducks needed cleaning, but we had previously had a lot of home renovation work done as the house was a fixer-upper when purchased years ago; we have an animal; we also have some sinus issues; plus media reports about mold and other scary reports finally led us to just have it done when we saw the Big Deal. But looking back, we didn't need it, and we don't think now that most people need to have this work done--only in unusual circumstances. Your home filter works just fine. Save your money and forgo having unnecessary holes in your vents too.

Description of Work: These folks are SUPERB! I'm serious - they could not possibly have been better, in every regard. Called beforehand, showed up PRECISELY on time, totally professional, answered every question fully and honestly, they were clean and concerned about disturbing anything in my house, worked quickly and efficiently, didn't try to sell anything more than promised - Any way you want to measure them, they excel. Can't recommend them highly enough, and we will for SURE use them again, and have recommended them to neighbors here, as well as our four kids (all of whom have houses nearby and need air duct cleaning.) Mold was found in our ducts, and on the compressor - yukko - they used EPA endorsed sanitizer to kill it. Tons and tons of dust and grease build-up inside the ducts and on the registers (they let me look with a flashlight - YUK!!!) and afterwards everything everywhere was so shiny clean it looked like new aluminum. They're great. They do what they say and know what they're doing. Happy to be contacted privately if anyone has any questions.

Description of Work: Their office person called to schedule their appointment, and I explained that I was in a townhouse, inside group, and rear access would be difficult, at the very best. She understood, and the appointment was scheduled at my convenience. She called before the scheduled day to confirm the appointment, and again on the scheduled day when they were a half hour away. They arrived promptly, were thoroughly courteous and professional. Unfortunately, because of the distance from my front door through the house to the furnace, they could not perform the service. They discussed the type of equipment which would be needed to get the job and advised me what other questions needed to be asked/answered, to make sure the provider could do the job. I had no complaint at all with Air Duct Pro, and would have been glad to use their services.

Description of Work: Two men came at the appointment time. They quickly cleaned our system and all the ducts. They explained the process, showed me all the junk removed, explained everything. I felt confident in what they were doing and I appreciated their help. I have referred them to friends and would definitely use them again.
