The company called and texted to confirm the appointment and then texted when they were on their way. They actually arrived about 10 minutes earlier than their appointment time which was great. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I have researched this process a lot so it was comforting for me to have them reinforce some of the things I already knew. We walked the house and the owner of the company (I believe) explained everything that would be done along with during the process he kept me informed of everything they were doing. After the service (which took about 2 hours), he cleaned up and went back over everything before I paid. There was no overselling or hidden fees which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable with the company and would hire them again.

Amazing service...what more can I say? Incredible folks over at Air Duct Pro's, Inc. I don't know them, not related to them, and have no financial interest in their company. We reached out to them after a lot of research and word-of-mouth from some friends that had work completed by them in the past. They communicated directly with us over the phone, advised us the time/day/date that they would be available, and kept us updated leading up to their arrival. Apparently they are very "in demand" as we had to schedule about a week out in advance. Well worth the wait... When at the house the owner/operator took his shoes off (this was HUGE for my wife) prior to entry (and, every time he exited/returned). He was immediately able to figure out the issue despite the very long dryer vent run to the exterior of the house. And, getting to the actual vent exhaust on the exterior was not easy...he had to crawl under a massive, low height, deck. When all completed, he explained what we can purchase to do routine cleaning to avoid service calls in the future. Who does that in today's day & age? Both the owner and his wife were very polite, respectful, and great business owners. Don't let the "perceived" high price for "just a dryer vent" scare you off - it's not. You get what you pay for and it wasn't worth the chance to save $20 to $50 from a fly-by-night operation. Or, one that will bait & switch and/or charge you for "extras". Search around the internet - I never, ever write reviews. The people at Air Duct Pro's, Inc. deserve all the accolades they get from me and everybody else that loves them as well. -Mike

It was terrible. It wasn't unlimited air ducts. It wasn't false but it was misleading because I bought it thinking that it was basically unlimited air duct and the guy said it's not, you got multiple units that has multiple air ducts so I ended up paying 4 times as much as the "Big Deal" and after an X amount of time, I opened up the vents grates two days ago and they're loaded with stuff, maybe they blew the stuff out but they didn't even take them out. I don't recall them being not responsive, I think they were responsive. They upsold me a bunch of other crap too while they were here. In terms of the actual delivery of the service, they seem fine. I was doing something and I pulled up a metal grate and there was like a handful of sawdust so clearly they used their stuff and they blew and then some stuff got caught and I guess visually, they don't do anything. I think the ad was a little misleading but I wasn't surprised that it ended up costing more. I thought I was getting a deal but I didn't necessarily get a deal. I got what I would have had to pay had I called anybody else to come out and do it.

Everything went fine. Pretty standard. The techs were on time and professional. They are on the pricey side. I would use them again and I would recommend them for other members.

The service was very thorough and professional. From the appointment through the visit, the company was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the process before starting to work, what to expect, then reviewed what they did before leaving. I would definitely hire them again.

Purchased an Angie's big deal after reading customer reviews. Called for an appointment and was able to pick my date and time. Company called to confirm the day before and when they were on their way. The technician was very professional and pleasant. Explained our system to me and what he would be doing. Was much happier than with service previously provided before we started using Angie's. Would definitely use them again.

This was an excellent experience beginning with the inital phone call. Efficient and professional. They were on time, explained what they were doing and left my house in order and clean.

They sent 3 techs. They brought a large exhaust fan, an air compressor to blow out the ducts, and they had to drill into the ducts. They also brought covers for supply vents in the various rooms. It turned out real good.

I was disappointed that they worked so rapidly that I was unable to observe the condition before and after the vents were being cleaned. As they wanted to put back the vent covers immediately needed t o stop them as I obviously did not want to to put back on a dirty vent. They then would start cleaning another vent while I wash the first cover quickly in the bathtub. They told me that the ceiling vents and floor in the family room and kitchen and elsewhere not in the deal. Yes, I bought this as an Angies List deal, but I still was paying $120.00 and expected proper service for the job. They came in and did the job as quickly as possible. I paid half price and they gave me a half price job. The date of service I gave is arbitrarily. I just remember that it was long before the expiration date.

Seemed fine, but how would you know - unless you could get in and see the airducts.

We used a deal through Angie's List. They were very professional and I would use them again.

It went fine. They did a good job. It's an honest company. They honored the "Big Deal" price.

It went well, except for one hiccup. The men were on time; very professional; they explained the process well to my wife and showed her the results. Only one negative - after the men left, we noticed that the sanitizer liquid that was sprayed into our kitchen vent dripped down the wall and stained the paint on our wall. We wish they would have wiped the vent after spraying so we wouldn't have this streak down our wall. But otherwise we were pleased with the service and would use this company again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went pretty good. There were no negatives and we were happy with what they did. The deal was a good buy. They were on time and did good. There was an item we wanted them to do and they actually came back and did it under the contract so we were very happy with them.

The gentlemen came and cleaned out all of our air ducts. We had just bought our house and wanted to clean everything out and start fresh since I was pregnant with our first child. Very professional and easy to work with.

They were very good, and they did what they came to do. They left my house clean with no mess and they were very courteous. I was overall satisfied with the work.

The provider arrived promptly at the start of the scheduled maintenance window. He explained what he was going to do, and showed me what was happening as he did it. He answered my questions about duct and AC maintenance, and he also provided additional advice on the type of air filters we should be using. When he saw that we have an air intake in the basement, he explained why that's good in the winter, but not the summer, and showed me what to do (tape paper over the intake in the summer). The service and the advice were demonstrably useful.

The cleaning went really well! They cleaned out quite a bit from our vents. They were very quick and I was completely happy! It definitely helped our allergies.

It was a 2 man team and they immediately started working. Had a heavy duty suction machine and made short work of all of our vents. Took the time to explain the process and showed before/after pictures of multiple vents. Air duct cleanup is ALL these guys do and never, ever pushed for additional services nor went into fear-mongering mode. Recommended.

Duane (the owner) and Brian arrived within the time range that I was told. They were very courteous and explained all the details as to what they were going to do. I had several questions during the time that they were at the house and they answered them to my satisfaction. At first, Brian and I went around the house so he could see the location of all the returns and vents. Duane was cutting the necessary number of holes in the duct system in the basement and hooking up the large diameter hose to the duct system; the end of this hose was connected to a vacuuming system located outside the door to my cellar. Brian removed the floor vent covers and stuffed a thick sheet of foam into the duct and/or a sheet of insulated material over the hole from the duct so that nothing would blow into the house. They proceeded to vacuum and I was amazed by the amount of suction there was. Then they did the same with the cool air return side of the system. After that was all done,Brian cleaned my vent covers and put them back in place. Most of the cool air returns were not dirty except for one and so Brian thoroughly cleaned that one but for those which were not too dirty, he still vacuumed the cover itself and the duct since he had a small suction attachment that could fit between the vent louvers. After that, Brian applied the mold spray into each of the floor vents and wiped up the excess moisture while Duane was putting metal covers over all the holes that he had cut. I want to add that they did not pressure me to do the mold spray but I thought it would be best so I requested that they do it for an additional $100. They also took the time to provide an answer as to why the mold had occurred and he showed my husband and myself that it was likely due to an old humidifier that was no longer in use since we had replaced it with a new one some time ago. I was very pleased with their efforts, particularly since I was concerned that the vacuuming would spread dirt throughout the house. But that did not happen! They took their equipment out to the truck, then Duane took a final look around the house to ensure that everything was clean and at the same condition as when they arrived. I had also requested that they wear shoe covers which they did with no problem. They were thorough, professional and courteous and were done in about 1-1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to have their duct system cleaned.

The service went well. The technicians were very personable and were great with our dogs. They were also very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was that a something they used or the dust in the ducts caused severe allergies for me. I had no issues with scheduling.
