The on-line appointment request was very easy to use. They immediately confirmed the appointment request by e-mail and followed-up with a reminder a few days before the service date. In addition, they called approx 45 minutes before arrival to confirm they were on the way. They arrived at the scheduled time. They went through the house to locate all the duct openings and explain the procedure thoroughly. Equipment was brought in through the back door to avoid moving it over the carpet. Equipment was vented to the outside of the house. The crew (Dwayne and Greg) were very comfortable working together and wasted no time moving from vent to vent quickly and efficiently. Before removing the air return cover on the second floor, Dwayne pointed out that it had been caulked in place and installed incorrectly. He warned that it would be very difficult to re-install it so that it looked "right" and he was correct. However, he did the best he could to re-install it as neatly as possible. Also, they cleaned all the vent covers before re-installing them. The work was done in a professional manner and the crew was both friendly and competent. I don't know if the price was reasonable as I didn't get other estimates. I knew that I didn't want to use someone too cheap on the basis they probably didn't know what they were doing.

First of all I was very late. Air Duct Pros waited for me without complaint. I was very please and surprised. They did a quick survey of my house, unloaded their equipment and went straight to work. The removed the grills on all of my vents and plugged them with dense foam cubes, in order to create a suction. They the ran rotating brushes down the ducts until they were satisfied that they were clean. I was expecting to see a dust cloud obscure the street based on how bad my allergies were in my house, but it was pretty mild affair overall. They said my ducts were pretty clean. I have a pretty small house so it didn't take too long. They were in and out. They were very thorough on their clean up and replacement of my grills, ect. They clearly have a great work ethic, and I enjoyed talking to them. One word of caution. My wife is very allergic to cats. Apparently the pervios owners had cats and the activity stirred up a great deal of the dander (this is a theory mostly). My wife's eyes were swollen almost shut and I had to give my son a albuterol breathing treatment. Bear in mind in stead of suffering mildly on a daily basis, we were in misery for one day. Since that day things have been great, and where we had dust on a daily basis before, we have none now. I would recommend this for anyone who hates to dust, but if you have allergies, you had better prepare yourself. It is very worth it and I recommend it highly.

It went very well. They were very professional, and, on top of fast, outstanding service, they gave me a bunch of little pointers on things I need to do to keep my ducts cleaner going forward.

Scheduled appointment online (very easy to use) and received online discount. Date scheduled, appointment was canceled by Air Duct Pros due to illness of person who was to clean our air ducts. They called to reschedule and were very apologetic (gave us additional discount for inconvenience). New date scheduled and guys that came out were prompt and worked professionally. We suspect that the air ducts had not been cleaned since the house had been built and they required a lot of cleaning. The finished product was amazing. The air felt light and fresh. Highly recommend having this done and to keep on schedule with it. Also, the dryer vent cleaning an absolute must! Very impressed with company and would use them again in the future.

They were very professional, and came on time. They also cleaned my dryer duct. They did a great job, and showed me what was actually cleaned out. They forgot one vent, but that's likely because it was hidden behind the couch.

They had a discount or making online appointment. And I was able to pick my preferred times and make the appointment online. They showed up ON TIME! Super bonus. Nice, friendly and efficient team.

My house is 45 years old. The duct work had never been cleaned, and it was a necessity. Everything they said was good. They gave me a discount because I was on Angie?s List. I am assuming that they have done their job properly because I don't have to dust as much as I used to. I didn?t even want to invite anybody to the house earlier because of the dust. I have cleaned the house once after they left. I need my house to be clean because I have dark furniture. They were top drawer. They were fast and efficient. They didn?t talk much and I was pleased with them because they were certified and had passed a security test. I was told by the staff that they run as many checks as they can on the crew. I was pleased to know that. They were great. I had also recommended them to someone else.

I had a terrible experience previously with an air duct cleaning company. Air Duct Pros helped me to document the problems and get my money back from a service that was so sloppy that their work led to a vent fire (no damage, thankfully, just smoke and an unpleasant four a.m. wake-up call from the fire alarm). Air Duct Pros are consummate professionals who do the job right and are passionately interested in doing the right thing!

Air Duct Pros were very responsive. They called shortly before they were due to arrive to let us know they were in route. They scoped out the job and worked continually for over two and one half hours. Their equipment was in excellant condition and I personnaly inspected all sectons as theywere completed. I was shocked at how dirty the supply side was. I had looked inside of the supply side at the furnace before while I was cleaning the air conditioner coil so I thought teh supply duct was fairly clean. Not so as was clearly visable when Duane cut the access hole and I looked at the yuck. The rotating brush did an outstanding of loosening the dirt etc and the strong vacuum tehy placed out side greated almsot a wind tunnel effect to suck teh dust and dirt out. They replaced all of teh vents and cleaned up any and all mess. The odor from the sanitizer disapated after we turned the heat on to dry the system.

They were very efficient. They were in and out very quickly. They did what I asked them to do. They left the house in good order when they left. They were fabulous.

They came on time, did a good job, and they gave me good information about how long it would take to complete the project. It took about two hours. They were friendly and business like in doing the work.

I was very happy. I was told on the telephone what the costs should be. The costs were right on the money. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and thorough.

I called Air Duct Pros and scheduled them to come out to clean my air ducts. They had to change the schedule but said they would reduce the cost by $25 for the inconvenience, which I thought was nice. They came the next day right when they said they would. Dwayne and Josh did a great job. They explained everything they were doing and were polite and friendly. Their equipment seems to be of good quality. They brought a large machine in through my basement, which is where the furnace is. Josh went and opened up all the vents for one section and blocked the air flow of each with pieces of foam. Dwayne then had the machine suck out all the dirt, while they went and pushed the debris through the vents with a snake-like tool with a brush on the end. After finishing that section they moved to the next. I was glad I was home and paying attention so I could point out all the upstairs vents to Josh. It was easy to miss a few because of their placement. If they don't have all the vents blocked then the suction is not as good. I thought they did a very good job for a reasonable price. Dwayne showed me the dirt in one of the vents before and after he cleaned it. They honored their discount through Angie's list. Dwayne suggested I use the sanitation which I wasn't going to do but then decided it may help with my daughter's allergies, so I paid $75 extra for that.

Overall it went fine. I spent more than what I had planned. But, then again I also had more done than was scheduled based on the recommendation. I did not like the non-chalant attitude that that was displayed when I mentioned that they had taken paint off the NEWLY PAINTED wall in my bedroom. I also wondered if they would have acknowledge it happened if I had not.

it went well. they did leave some debris (dirt) around the house. they did not rescrew all the vent covers on all the way when they were done. the vents are cleaner and there is more circulation

It was a fine experience. They did a good job. They came out in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after themselves. I originally paid them too much, and they called me and reimbursed the extra amount.

They took their time and were professional and explained everything as they went. When they found more gunk in the vents, they called me at work to explain and what the additional work might cost (or as it turned out, not really any additional cost -- they just did the work for us). They cleaned up and took care of us.

Overall, I'm very happy with them. They seem knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced.

I think they did a really good job, and I think the price was reasonable since they did three different things.

The men who cleaned the vents arrived on time, as scheduled and were friendly, explaining what needed to be done and what the price options were. They did a thorough job, were respectful of the furniture and overall, were very professional.

One of duct I felt not cleaned, they immediatly responded and checked the duct without any debate.
