Very good experience. I used a Big Deal coupon, so it did reduce my cost for the basic service. They explained everything and offered suggestions. I knew I had some mold on my registers, so I told them upfront I wanted the additional sanitizer. Along with the normal cleaning of the ducts they sanitized the vents and took the registers outside to clean them by hand. They made sure everything was back in place and that I had no issues with the work done and cleanup afterwards. They cleaned my dryer vent - and from the debris that came out of it, it really needed it. After they left, I went to the hardware store and replaced my Oak registers with metal - it seems the wood vents on my first floor collected a lot more mold than the metal ones did in my other rooms.

They came out that day and took a snake to the back of our house all the way up to the dryer and removed all the dust build up. The advised us to do this every 2-5 years.

I called the company to get an estimate. The receptionist told me about the special. We set up an appointment. The technician called and arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He showed us the build up of dirt in duct before he began. The cleaning took about two hours. The technician cleaned up before he left.

Arranged the air duct cleaning via an Angie's List deal. All communication was via email and very prompt. The team arrived on time and got right to work. Dwayne was very helpful in describing ways to get the most out of our system and suggested many ways to save money in the future. The dryer vent was not part of the initial deal, but we needed it and at $65 was reasonable. As soone as they finished i could feel more cold air coming through our upstairs vents. Overall terrific job.

The two technicians were prompt, friendly, and professional. We have two systems that had never been cleaned and I was expecting the cleaning to take all day. They were able to do both systems within 3 hours and very helpful about what filters to buy. They were very good about keeping the house clean (including moving the furniture that I had moved out of the way for them back to where it originally was) as they moved through cleaning the grates, etc. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I made an appointment online late the previous night and received an immediate confirmation for 8am-10am the next morning. I was worried since I made the appointment so last minute that they may be late. To my surprise, I received a call at about 8am saying that the cleaners would be there within 15 minutes. When they came, Duane explained would he would be doing, what the chargers were and began to inspect the system. He showed me that the previous owner had most likely never changed the filter and it had been sucked into the system. Due to that, moisture and mold had started to grow on the system. Duane showed the mold and offered to clean it, explaining the extra costs which seemed fair. He then showed me which type of filter to buy along with what size since the previous owner was using the wrong one. They then brought around their large vacuum and cut two holes in the air exchanger. They blocked all the a/c vents and started the vacuum while Duane's partner went from vent to vent with a brush to break up the dirt so it could be sucked in by the vacuum. All the vents and returns were taken off and cleaned off as well. Once everything was done, the two holes were cleanly sealed up. They also cleaned out my dryer vent which had a horrendous amount of lint in it. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Duane went over every aspect of the work and allowed me to look at the condition of many aspects of my system before and after the work. Before leaving he verified if there was anything that he missed and cleaned up all of his work. I have found a couple screws and washers lying around that I'm not sure what they go to, but the work was extremely good and clean. i will definitely hire them again.

They did what they are supposed to do in a professional way. They explained to me the process and briefed me as they were doing the work. Very good experience.

Overall, the work went very well. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. They had some traffic problems when they were on the way here, but they called and kept me updated. I would rate them highly and would definitely call them again next year.

The two that came to the house were prompt, friendly and very professional. The scheduler, Melissa, was also very frinedly and helpful. I wiill certainly use this company again.

Overall, it went well. They showed up on time and wore shoe protectors after I asked them if they had any. I didn't follow them around so I'm not sure of everything they did, but I saw them take out vents and clean them out w/ vacuums. They also cut holes in our unit downstairs to clean out the main unit w/ a huge vacuum thing and brushes. They left some dust/dirt near the vents where they cleaned but overall did a pretty good job.

Both the owner and a younger employee arrived on time to perform the work. We were informed that air duct cleaning had not been done in our home for several years (maybe not since the home was built). They started the work immediately and finished in about 4 hours. I give them an A for customer service! My only complaint was that there was a big chip in the paint on my bathroom wall where they had unscrewed and then replaced the vent. Luckily, I keep extra paint around for touch ups.

scheduling was easy online, prompt email notification, called ahead and was on time. actual job was fine, they worked hard, partly in the rain. they used some gas powered machine in my basement which the exhaust triggered the carbon monoxide monitor 30 mins after they left. also the dry vent had a side vent which they took off and did not replace and left a pile of lint near it. overall the guys were nice and responsive, probably would be better if I was home to watch everything, but no big issues. would consider again in future.

They were great. Called when they were on the way, arrived on time, performed the job in a timely manner, were incredibly friendy and professional. And they left everything clean and neat. Would recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints with them. They cleaned all the air ducts, and I have had no problems. They were very nice and the price was good.

Wonderful professionalism. Explained the whole process to us and showed us exactly what they were doing. They even made suggestions on how to improve our furnace performance and which filters were the best to use.

The two guys showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. The two were a sort of master-apprentice team, though the younger fellow was clearly skilled at most of tasks, and I enjoyed seeing someone enthusiastically learning a trade. They made several practical, non-sales suggestions and showed me what they were doing the whole time. I also bought the additional fungicidal/anti-bacterial spraying of the ducts which seems, so far, to have been worth the investment.

This was a very good experience. Everyone at this company was pleasant and professional, both with the customer service personnel on the phone and the workmen. The appointment was easy to set up; they gave me a reminder call and a call the day of to let me know the workmen were on the way. The workmen were very efficient. They quickly cleaned the vent and any debris (inside and out) was cleaned up. They took time to look at another vent issue I had and recommended some steps I could take to correct the situation. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company

I purchased this service through the Angie's List Big Deal, so the price was already a winner. Normally, the invoice says this service costs $349 just for the air ducts. Air Duct Pros showed up right on time and got to work. While they were at it, we decided to add on the dryer vent cleaning. They hook up a big vacuum to the furnace that starts sucking the dust and debris out of your ducts; doing this, of course, requires cutting a hole in your ducts around the furnace. The holes, however, weren't that big, and when they covered the hole and patched it, I was happy with the seal. While the vacuum is running, another worker goes to each register and blasts everything loose with compressed air, so the vacuum can suck that stuff up too. It's a pretty simple process, and one that takes just a few hours. When they cleaned out the dryer vent, they used a bristle brush connected to a drill to augur out all the lint and debris stuck in the vent system. Again, simple but effective. One thing, though, one of the workers who came to my home could have used a shower before showing up to work. It was a little distracting while I was talking with him. That's why I knocked down the grade on professionalism. I was really pleased with the service of Air Duct Pros. I appreciated their honest appraisal of when I'd need to have the work done again. I'll definitely use them again.

Everything wen well and just as they said it would. Once the work was finished they went to the basement to be sure everything was OK.

Their scheduling and everything worked out but they had to cut into the duct work to gain access. Where they cut out, they put a metal cover on it and taped it. About an hour later the cover blew off and no tape would hold it, so I had to screw it back in place myself. That was a little bit upsetting. The price was fair; it was an Angie's List special.

They did a good job. They came in, set the equipment up and cleaned everything. They removed the vents, put big hoses in there and blew air into it to clean up the heating and air conditioning ducts in the house. We put everything back in its place after that. The special price was about $100, but they told me the price was only valid if we have one heating system; we had two systems, one for the basement and the first floor and the second for the top floor, where the bedroom is. They told me it would be $200 extra. I think I ended up paying about $300 totally. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went fine. They were clear and to the point. However, price was not as represented. I decided they were too high.

The cleaning went very well and the technician was very helpful and professional. Offered honest appraisal of future needs which I really appreciated. They were however very late after having wrong address info. I was kept appraised of problem and felt they did a good job handling a bad situation.

We haven't used them yet. They will be coming out. The quote was good. Their responsiveness was good. I decided to use them because I read a bunch of reviews about them on Angie's List and they seemed to have the best feedback. I liked the fact that I could make the appointment online. We are planning to use them.

There was a communication glitch and they ended up coming in the afternoon instead of the morning. They were very professional and did a great job though. There was a small pile or metal dust left over after they left from one of the holes they made in my vents for their vacuum, but other than that, they left the basement cleaner than it was when they came in. Gladly took a few minutes to look at our secondary system and explained why it wouldn't work with their vacuums (because they need exposed ductwork). The vents went from 1/8" of dust everywhere to nothing but metal in about an hour and the air in the house is noticeably less dusty when our heat is on now.
