Very good I guess. I have no way of knowing if the ducts are truly clean, but I hope they are.

The workers really hustled but not so much that our questions were not thoroughly answered. Mold was found in several locations so we opted for the santizing treatment. As the weather was nice we opened doors and windows to allow the sanitizer odor to escape, however later when the temperature went down and the heat came on, the smell was very noticeable. It was not such an unpleasant odor but made me sneezy and headachy for a day. I did need to vacuum some debris after the work was done (mostly tiny paint chips from the painted over screws removed from air intake vents around some of the grills and below air intakes) and I cleaned up fingerprints on a grill. But all in all I considered this minor for the 28 ducts and dryer vent cleaned.

Overall experience was great. No problem scheduling, they were very informative and prompt. The explained what they were doing throughout the process and were very professional. The pricing and quality of work was very good.

We had a good overall experience. Melissa was very prompt in scheduling our job and informing us when the date of our appointment needed to be changed. The two man crew was punctual and efficient. Dwayne explained how the process would work prior to the start of the job. He informed me of a small amount of what appeared to be mold in one of our vents and offered the remediation service. He was upfront about the price of this service. He also recommended having our dryer vents cleaned, which I originally declined. He did not push this service but recommended that it be done soon, as it appeared to have never been done before (our townhome is 20 years old). Before the job was finished, we decided to have the dryer vent cleaned. Dwayne said that if we didn't see enough debris come out of the vent to make me believe that it needed to be done, he wouldn't charge me for it (it definitely needed to be cleaned, as we found out once the service was performed). There was only one minor problem when a drill slipped off of a screw and nicked the drywall as one of the men was reinstalling a vent cover. When this was pointed out to Dwayne, he promptly offered a very fair resolution without any hesitation. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the house in good condition. I was very satisfied with their work and would use this company again for duct and dryer vent cleaning.

They arrived during the window of time they gave me, but also called when they were 15 minutes ahead, which was really helpful. They were very quick and the before and after pictures showed an very thorough job. They also changed out our filter (with an extra we had sitting there) and took away the old one. They cleaned up the area around the furnace (there was a little dust) and were on their way after just 30 minutes in the house. As promised, we have less dust and our allergies have improved too. I was also impressed that when I offered the lead guy a tip (to share with his assitant), he gave it to his assistant to keep. They were excellent and we will use them again.

They arrived on time and were absolutely professional while doing their work. Everything was explained to me before it was done and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I was able to watch when I wanted to so I could see before and after. There was no mess at all. When I have my ducts cleaned again it will be by them no question about it.

Great job. Very thorough. Only complaint is that clean-up was a bit rough. Admittedly, it was apparently the only time these ducts had been cleaned in 14 year, but when the ducts were opened, debris fell on to the floor and on top of several items in the house. They did bring out the industrial vac, but there was still debris left behind. Staff was very personable and enjoyable to be around. Would DEFINITELY hire them again.

Overall, these guys did a great job. They explained the work they were doing well. They were also punctual and fairly professional. I had no problem leaving them in my townhome and telling them to lock up behind themselves. It was an empty townhome, but I still trusted them enough to pay and leave (I had to get back to work). The level of, for the most part, good service is probably why I was shocked to see dents in my walls around the intake vents. I understand that my painter painted over the vents which required cutting through the paint to get the vents off but it looked like someone took a hammer to the wall around the vent. Okay, that's an exaggeration. It looked like the handle from the socket wrench hit the wall multiple times because someone was being careless. I just had those walls painted! Given how well everything else went, I would hire them again, I would probably just be sure to request that they do not damage my walls in taking off vents (or take them off myself). They also left some of their debris in the utility room from cutting an access hole into the ducting at the townhouse. Not a major issue, but I did not expect it from them. Overall, these guys performed a great service for a low price and I would use them again.

This was a Angie List Big Deal and as with all big deals because of their popularity there were scheduling issues (date & time changed a few times) but with that worked out they came in and explained everything to me and did an outstanding job. All vent were cleaned and they invited me to take a look at the work which was top notch.

They arrived earlier than they said they would. They were professional and removed the returns, duct vent covers, cleaned the ducts and replaced everything.

Everything went well. I don't belive they were as thorough as they could have been, but they did a satisfactory job.

I called to get my air ducts clean because I found mold on air vents, and was having alot of trouble sleeping at night due to head congestion and coughing. I use the daily deal coupon on Angies list and got a great deal. They arrived on time, and informed us every step of the way. I am not having anymore stuffiness or swollen eyes . I feel sooo much better. I would highly recommend this company.

After waiting a month for the appointment, and pre-paying for this service, Air Duct Pros arrived within 30 minutes of the set appointment time. Once he saw that we have only window wells in the basement, and not an exterior door, he said that he didn't think he was going to be able to do the job at all. He looked closely at the window well screen and said the only way to get into the basement would be to damage the screen. I am not about to create another project in my house, so I told him no thank you. When I spoke to the woman on the phone to get my refund for the pre-paid amount, she said most people don't mind having the basement window screens busted open to accomadate the cleaning and "It's only a few bucks to repair it." If it's only a few bucks to repair it, why don't they just offer that service along with the cleaning? It makes no sense to me to clean a duct but end up with a screen that needs to be repaired. They said they would need 75' of hose to come in through the front door of the house and he didn't have that long of a hose. I am not sure what kinds of homes they are doing work for, but most homes need 50 feet just to get from the truck to the front door. Seems to me this company does well with small homes, but if you have a larger-than-average home without a walk-out basement, they are very limited. They only use an exterior truck rather than a portable machine (they claim the portable machines are inferior), but this severely limits which homes they can work for. If you go with this company, ask questions up front to ensure they'll be able to work with your home's layoutn...maybe you can save yourself the trouble of scheduling, waiting, and then finding out it is a no-go.

The two men came to my home at exactly the time they had made the appointment for. I also reeived a call 1/2 hour prier to them arriving. I thought that everything was made very clear to me, things were shown to me, I asked questions, and have heard and read stories of fraud in this area so I was quite skeptical. I watched what they did, I walked around and looked in the duct work, I saw the dust coming out of the vents. I was given a written explanation and told to call with any questions or concerns,( which he didn't feel there would be). They checked my furnice filter and noticed that it was the proper type and that it was not in need of cleaning or changing (this was a test I set up and, they passes).Over-all I would have no hesitation to recommend them to friends, or family.

The whole experience was very pleasant. Initially the company representative said they didn't service DC, but agreed to do so when they found out that parking was not an issue. They came on time, left everything in the same condition they found it and honored the price announced on Angie's list. Great service! I will use them again in the future!

Wet over entire process. Made sure I understood what they were doing and why. Also let me to change the furnace filter in a day two.

I recently purchased a condo and the air ducts and return vents were full of dust and debris. Air Duct Pros cleaned each vent and return vent thoroughly. They were on time, efficient, and very helpful. Would recommend this service to anyone.

Two men came, called ahead of time to let us know their arrival time. Explained and showed us what needed to be done and how they were to do it. Completed the job and we were very pleased.

Dwayne and Rich arrived at the appointed time and immediately set to work. Since the heating & A/C units are in the attic, they had to work up there in VERY warm temps, Dwayne told me that there was mold in the attic and suggested I could purchase Mold Treatment for an additional $99.00; I had their Big Deal for $199.00 and knowing there had been a slow leak in the roof I had been certain they would find mold. They worked quickly, quietly and left very little dust behind. They both were very careful over the contents of the house as they moved about in a very organized manner. Both Dwayne and Rich were extremely courteous, pleasant and eager to please. Watching them work, I feel certain there will be a good result. Having had a fly by night outfit "clean" the air ducts several years ago, I wasn't looking forward to today's cleaning; however, Dwayne & Rich's manner and professionalism made it a very easy experience!

In a market of up-selling and hidden fees Air Duct Pros is a nice change to what is considered normal practice. Booking a deal thought Angie's List I expected the to try to sell me another service. They did not try to sell me anything more then what I had already specified. A great change! The technicians showed up on time and worked hard throughout the process. Answering my questions and even giving me tips on how to keep my system clean. They far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their service. A

Duane and Rich arrived on schedule. Were very pleasant, went right to work. Did an excellent job and went above and beyond our previous duct cleanings (last one done years ago). Got a nice price reduction of $51 by signing up for the work on-line via their web site. Would not hesitate to use again, or recommend to our friends. Thank you for a quality job and a very competitive price. Best of all, both technicians were very professional and worked efficiently, informing us along the way of any items they wanted us to be aware of. Very pleasant experience!

I called to schedule the appointment, and the only availability was about 2 weeks out becuase they were booked up. They gave me a timeframe between 1-3pm. The service desk called to tell me where the technicians were relevant to my location, and the time that they should arrive based on their GPS directions; the gentlemen arrived on time. It took no longer than an hour for the technician and his assistant to complete the job. The main technician showed me the before view of my air ducts and the after view; I appreciated that. I also have new carpet in my home, and both men placed shoe coverings on their feet when walking in my home, and they even clean up the areas they worked in before they left. Excellent service!

The technicians were on time in spite of the pouring rain. When I say pouring rain, I mean it was coming down in torrents when they arrived. They came in and set up their equipment quickly bringing in a minimum amount of the rain with them. The work was completed in just under 2 hours which surprised me since I know that these ducts have never been cleaned and this house is over 40 years old. Duane made me aware that there was no filter in the furnace and was able to tell me the size needed. My mistake was not having him show me where the filter went in the furnace. When the job was done, they cleaned up and there was no evidence that they had even been here except for all of the cool air getting to the bedrooms and a little water at the front door. They even offered to dry that area but I told them that I would take care of it. Two days later when I was going out to buy the filter, I called the maker of the furnace to find out where to put the filter and they had not idea even though I was able to give them the model number. I called Air Duct Pros, explained the situation and the person that answered the phone was very understanding and pleasant. She gave me Duane's phone number and was able to tell me that he was between customers and could talk to me at that time. Duane was able to give me the size of the filter that I needed and told me exactly where in the furnace the filter went. It was a great experience. Duane and Rich were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
