We were originally told that they would arrive between 9:30 and 11:30. Early that morning, we were called to say they would be here at 9:00. So we did not have to wait as long as expected. They were very professional and nice. They showed me almost everything that they were doing and explained the rationale. We would recommend them strongly, especially since they were less costly than some others for whom we had estimatess

They were really great! They did a fabulous job. There were in and out quickly. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. We have even seen an improvement in our allergies.

Called ahead and arrived early, explained procedure thoroughlyand answered any/all questions I had. They were efficient,careful, and clean. They did not try to sell any other services, but did clean the dryer vent for a small extra fee when I requested it.A very professional service company.

The company scheduled my cleaning within one week after I purchased the Big Deal. Two technicians arrived at the start of their appointment window and the office called me twenty minutes before they arrived, which I appreciated. Dwayne explained the process clearly and took care to see if I had any questions or concerns; he was friendly and professional in all his interactions. He did not try to up-sell me with additional products or services, but was able to install the UV Lighting air cleaner when I asked him too. I also decided to add the bacteriostat, fungistat, and deodorizer product after Dwayne identified some mold in a humidifier unit. Both technicians worked efficiently and left the house cleaner than it had started. They also changed the furnace filter for me and a dirty pre-filter on a whole-house HEPA filter. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received and will certainly use this company again.

We have recently moved to Maryland. We decided to have our ducts cleaned as we noticed the filters were very dirty. In addition, we wanted to ensure the dryer vent was clear to minimize risk of house fire. I found AirDuct Pros on Angie's List in our area and a stellar reputation. I called to schedule an appointment; their customer service counseled me to order on line through Angie's List to be able to take advantage o the promotion they had through Angie's List. I signed up on line; went back and forth in a few emails to schedule appointment. They called 10 minutes before arrival. They arrived in the 2-hour window and did their work in about 1hour 40 minutes. They introduced themselves and explained the steps. They also answered all my questions about filters, humidifiers and frequency of HVAC duct cleaning, filter changing, and dryer duct cleaning. They left the house in better condition than they found it.

Very professional and knowledgable crew. Duane explained the process and showed me the before and after view of my intake vent . I suffer from chronic sinus issues and after seeing evidence of dampness and mold I opted for the sanitizer. Would highly recommend this company to others

I had a 10% off coupon for the services. They gave me an estimate for the job and fixed the air ducts. After I got home, I learned the workers had taken out the pilot light in my furnace. I had to hire another contractor to come out and fix the problem. I contacted this company and they took full responsibility and refunded all of my money.

It went well. They took digital pictures to show me the before/after. They were very fast, polite, professional and didn't leave a mess in my house.

This company is impressive. They use such professional equipment. My husband was totally amazed. They showed up on time. Did the work thorough. They further analyzed the furnace and recommended additional service, which I purchased. Overall great experience.

- Our house smelled SO FRESH & CLEAN !!! It was wonderful_. _ And after vacuuming the rugs and having them professionally cleaned also, the dust level in our house diminished so much that dusting my house is a chore that has been cut down to 2 times a month rather than every few days. Amazing.

I was very pleased with the service. The team was punctual, friendly, and got down to business as soon as they arrived. They removed their shoes inside our house as requested. They showed me pictures of the inside of several of the ducts before and after they were cleaned. They also used a heavy duty gas powered vacuum which seemed powerful enough to really clean our ducts. They were careful in placing the hoses and machinery where nothing in the house or yard was disturbed. The only aspect that I had not anticipated was that the Big Deal only covered the ducts stemming from one unit. We have two units so I only had half of the ducts in the house cleaned. This was not the fault of the company and it was certainly understandable that they would price the duct cleaning by the number of units cleaned. I just didn't think about the fact that I had two separate air units and two separate duct systems I signed up for the Big Deal without really fully reading the contract. This is not a criticism of the company but a reminder to anyone who may have more than one air unit to specify such before you purchase an air duct cleaning service.

I had recently purchased a new home and was replacing the old, rusted air return cover when I noticed it was extremely filthy. I purchased a deal for $99 on AL and called for an appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice and helped us figure out a date and time that worked with our schedules. The technician arrived early and went to work. After cleaning the ducts he did an inspection and recommended a sanitizer. We decided to do the sanitizer and paid $100 for that service. I also requested the dryer vent be cleaned as well and was happy to pay the extra $64 for that. The technician did let me know that part of the reason for the high amount of filth at the return air vent was an insulation lining in a section of the system. He agreed that when I can afford to replaced the unit I will want to replace that portion of the duct work to eliminate that.

Duane and Ken came in and politely got to business. Duane took the time to explain the process, the certification and the reasons behind why cleaning air duct is a good idea while ken made sure the cleaning system was doing its job. They cleaned up after themselves and exited with a handshake. On to the next job I imagine, leaving this one well done. Thanks Duane, Ken and Air Duct Pros.

I last called Air Duct Pros to clean out the air ducts in my home. They're great, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very professional and the experience was very good. The price and quality were excellent, and they were right on time. I'll use them in the future, no question about it!

I contacted them through Angie's list with questions. They replied back very quickly and answered my question. We found a day that fit in the schedule and made it happen. The guys came in went right to work. They were quick and clean and did a great job. I am amazed at the difference in the ducts. I put a new furnace in recently and I'm sure it will cause my system to last so much longer.

They had to cut holes in the basement but they patched everything up for me. Duane was the main guy. He was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would use this company in the futue.
