They did a very nice job of thoroughly cleaning the air ducts and then the dryer vent. They should me where there was mildew in the return duct and so they sanitized it.I had a cap for dryer vent which I hadn't installed yet. They installed it for me for free. I was very happy with their work and you could definitely feel a difference in the air quality in the house after that.

The providers were on time and efficient. In the process of cleaning, they found mold in my vents, so I ended up paying more for a sanitization, but I was happy with the results overall.

When the workers arrived, they told us they would be unable to clean the ducts because they had wires running through them (its an older house). They said they would whatever they could, but that the wires prohibited them from doing a regular cleaning (the wires take up space and interfere with the sweep, apparently). I understand that this was an unforeseeable problem. I understand that they are a business and that they spent resources getting people and equipment out to the house, but I would have preferred for them to refund the amount or at least give us credit toward different services or service at a later date. I can't really comment on the quality of the work they would have done if they'd been able to do the job. (Incidentally, I don't think having wires in the air ducts is a common problem and not something most people need to worry about.)

They were on time performed the work and left the area clean.

The crew that came out from AirDuct Pros was great. Very nice and professional. They took off the return vents and cleaned those as well as used a high powered vacuum and brushes to clean the ductwork. When they left you could hardly tell they had been there. We are very satisfied with their work.

Excellent service. Timely arrival. Professional approach. Said they would be done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Right on time. Explained everything they did and provided tips on reducing energy costs. Would definitely use again.

The service was very professional and efficient. They explained their procedures. When they noticed mold on some ducts, they offered to "fog" the vent. I was hesitant to do this, not being sure about the chemicals. They didn't push the treatment, but provided a info sheet about it. (We ended up purchasing the additional service.) While I'd recommend additional research if you are dealing with mold issues, I would highly recommend for air duct cleaning.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I purchased the air duct cleaning through an Angie's List Special. Melissa, who set up the appointment, was helpful and professional. I received a call 15 minutes before Duane and Ken arrived, and they arrived on time. They came in, explained in detail what the process entailed, set up the equipment, and got to work. While the equipment was cleaning the entire system, Ken went to each vent and worked on it. The cleaning took about 45 minutes. I was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness. When they left the house looked like it had before they arrived; they were careful in cleaning up what little mess the process generated. You could tell they care about doing a good job, and they do. I recommend them highly, and I will use them again.

The guys did a great job! I plan on calling again next year and making this a yearly task. I have really noticed a difference with my allergies.

THEY WERE ON TIME, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND WENT RIGHT TO THE FURNACE. THEY TURNED THE FURNACE OFF THE STARTED BRINGING IN THE HOSES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT. THEY WENT UPSTAIRS WITH THE BRUSH TO INSERT IN THE REGISTERS TO CLEAN THEM THOROUGHLY WHILE THE HOSE WAS ATTACHED TO THE FURNACE TO SUCK OUT THE DEPREE AND DUST. THEY ALSO CLEANED THE RETURNS AND DUSTED ALL THE REGISTERS ON THE OUTSIDE. THEN ALL THE EQUIPMENT WAS REMOVED, THEN THEY DOUBLE CHECKED ALL THE REGISTERS AND HAD ME SIGN THE RELEASE FORM. AIR DUCT PROS, INC IS VERY EFFICIENT, HONEST, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE IN AND OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES. THANK YOU ANGIESLIST FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND DISCOUNTED PRICE.

This was the first time we had the air duct system cleaned and we took advantage of the recent Angie's List Big Deal. The job was done as promised and the work was explained to me in a professional manner. It is now over 1 week later and I really notice the difference in our home. Prior to the cleaning, it seemed that dust would accumulate the day after cleaning. Now, there is much less dust.

I was very happy with the everything, from scheduling to service guys coming. I would highly recommend them.

They explained just where the vaculm equipment would be placed and showed us where the ductwork would be opened for the cleaning. They unloading the equipment and started the process very quickly.The technician, Duane, was very helpful in explaining the cleaning process and provided advice on using our heat pump for a smoother and more effivcient enviroment.

They came out about 2 years ago and charged me $350.00. They did a good job but I felt like anyone could have done the same job a bit cheaper. The work was good and overall I was satisfied with what they did but I probably would not use them again.

It was an Angie's List Deal. The experience was very good. They were knowledgeable and explained everything. I was quite satisfied with them. After I had it done, I saw several ads for $100 so I've not sure if I got a good price or not and if I was comparing apples to apples. They came on time for the appointment. I would use them again.

They were excellent and fast. They moved some furniture to get to the major vent without complaining. They were very honest in that I asked if my house required the sanitizing and they said I didn't need it. I would use them again because of that, it was very impressive. They didn't want to do something just to make extra money.

The cleaning was excellent and thorough. One complaint I have is that they cut into the existing duct work to do the cleaning and replaced the cut out duct work by applying duct tape that eventually came undone. I had to apply sheet metal screws to better secure the pieces and then cover the edges with duct tape. Kind of a minor thing but only since I had no problem doing this myself. It may not be as easy for others. The other complaint was that we had to reschedule this work several times. To accomodate us we had them include a cleaning of our dryer vent. As they cleaned the dryer vent from the outside, they broke the plastic louver cover.

Smooth and quick is how this company works. I really like the owner is also toiling in the vineyard (you will meet him). As he is vested in this he does thing right.
