I've been meaning to write this review for several months. As I was actually fairly unhappy with their work at the time, I had purchased the service as an Angie's List Big Deal & was inclined to just let it go. But since Angie's List has been asking me for a review for over a year now, I thought it time to finally respond. While I had no trouble scheduling the service, no one ever told me what I should do to prepare for it, nor what I would expect. The 2 men who performed the service blew through my house with virtually no explanation of what they were doing & leaving a mess in their wake. Not only was there dust EVERYWHERE - including all over my bed - they had chipped the paint & walls surrounding most every register they touched. To make matters worse, there was no apology for it. So now I'm left with hiring a painter to touch up all of the work. The whole experience was so harried - they were clearly on the clock & in a rush - that it left me with a bad feeling. I don't actually know how long they should have been here or if they even did a good job, but I do know that the lack of professionalism will cause me not to use this company again.

They arrived on time, set up their equipment, explained the procedure and did the job.

I purchased a Big Deal for Air Duct Cleaning. We needed our vents and ducts cleaned following an extensive home renovation on our newly purchased house. We fully expected to have to wait several weeks for an appointment, however, we were able to make an appointment for the following week. We were very pleased with the service performed. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, and professional. The simply cleaned our ducts, answered any questions we had and did not try to sell us any unnecessary services. We would not hesitate to use the service again.

The service was okay. I was not too happy with them. They sold us on a mold prevention thing that was not necessary and the cleaning also was not as thorough as previous cleaning I had done.

Scheduled an appointment with the office. Very pleasent person on the phone. Crew arrived on time for the appointment and proceeded very professionally. A good job and a good value.

.Guys were running a few minutes late but called to let me know which was appreciated. Came in and got right to work. Always a little uncomfortable getting up-sold - in this case it was apparently some mold, so I paid an extra $100 for a spray. Like most people, I didn't want to take a chance. so I took it after the lead person showed me a picture, and I could not tell if this made a difference. My son, who just graduated college was coming home and I hoped this would alleviate his allergies, but it's hard to say if it made a difference. We also have cats and a dog so to be fair, I am not quite sure if this would normally have made a difference. Still, the workers did seem professional and were in and out pretty quickly and seemed to work hard while they were here.

They were honest and told me that my air ducts couldn’t be properly cleaned because of the way that my furnace is set up. I was able to get a full refund very quickly. I would recommend them.

I called and set up the appointment for my brother and mother. They were very nice over the phone. My brother ended up canceling the service and didn’t let me know. They lady in the office emailed me that he had canceled because she knew I had paid for it. I thought it was great customer service.

Air Duct Pros were exactly that: professional. They were courteous, helpful, informative, and kind. They explained everything that they were doing and told us how to maintain our system to avoid repeat visits. We would definitely use them again.

Duane & Ken arrived on time and got to work right away. They cleaned my air duct coils to prevent the mold from circulating in our home. They also cleaned all supply vents, return air vents,supply tank lines, return tank lines and interior ductwork surfaces. All access holes were completely closed and cover plates installed over the access holes. They cleaned up after themselves & left no mess. Duane obtained a discount for me for cleaning the blower & coils from the front office. I'd use this company again. They met all of my expectations.

Thorough cleaning of our ducts, no upsells or other BS as you frequently find from this industry. They were professional and efficient. But they replaced all our duct coverings using grey/steel-colored screws and did not have white available - so it's a bit of an eyesore against our white wall plates.

They arrived on time and performed the duct cleaning service as requested. They were quick and efficient and did not leave any debris behind.

Work was excellent and advise on changing my filters more often is being doen.

Wasn't happy upon arrival when I told him our furnace was in a crawl space...didn't give it a thought when I scheduled the service and I wasn't asked. Turned out alright since we have a 3 ft clearance.

They were prompt,explained all of their activities before starting, explained where they needed to access the ducting from a central vacuum perspective, and executed as explained and expected. We were happy with the work and would recommend them to others for a similar service

They were very pleasant on the phone. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They also noticed a problem with one of my intake vents and fixed that at no extra cost.

Everything went pretty well - professional, they explained everything quite well, etc. They seemed to do a nice job, although I'm unsure how dirty they were, so it was hard to tell. The only thing I regretted was that the guy talked me into adding on a spray they spray into the duct system to help freshen/clean the duct system. It was an additional $99 over the quote price for this. I should have just said no. If I had to have it done again, I'd use them again.

Everything went well from setting the appointment, confirming the day and time and the actual work itself. We could tell immediately that what they did worked. The air flowed better throughout the system and the dryer did its job more efficiently than before the vent cleaning. The only minor issue that we had was the metal shavings that were left as a result of cutting into the ventilation ducts. There wasn't layers of it but some on the washing machine made its way into the drum and some got on my printer but not inside and no damage was done. As I said, minor and not something that would cause me not to use them again. I recommend Air Duct Pros.

The two workers from Air Duct Pros arrived on time and were very polite. I showed them the ducts they asked for and they went to work. To tell you the truth, I was working in the den on a deadline job (I work from home) and never paid any attention to what they were doing until the power died on my computer. I got up to investigate and they weren't aware that the power in the den had shut down. Somehow I was able to get the power restored. They told me they were finished and hadn't really gotten very much debris from the ductwork. They were polite and I assume they did a good job, but having no experience with this kind of cleaning, I really can't say for sure. Afterwards I felt that $200 had probably been a lot to pay for something that might not really have needed doing. This is no fault of Air Duct Pros, but I'll think more carefully about having ductwork cleaned in the future.

The service was great overall! There were no issues and the work was well worth the cost.

They explained all the details to us and educated us about how to inspect certain things. We were very happy with their services and they were very friendly.
