unprepared, bad schedulers, workers not professional. not impressed at all!!

It went great. Clean, professional and prompt.

It was great! They were professional, clean, kind, informative. They took pictures of the dirty vents, cleaned them, then took another picture to show us how clean and efficient their equipment was. It was also very affordable and we would use them again!

Pretty well. We received notification they'd be late, and they arrived about 40 minutes after their target time. They quickly got to work. They had their technique down and compared to the techniques and equipment used by others I'd priced out, I think Air Duct Pros were a good value. They were very hesitant to attempt to clean my dryer vent out of caution and concern that part of the fixture would break, but eventually they did proceed. Results were solid all the way around on both jobs. I would recommend them to others.

Air Duct Pros did a great job. They explained everything before they performed the service, and they showed before and after photos. They were on time, quick, thou rough and professional.

They did a great job. at a fair price. The only down side was they needed to wear shoe covers and or cover carpet where they work.

They two gentlemen who performed the service were very friendly, and competent. They took pictures of what my vents looked like before and after they cleaned them. They made suggestions on routine maintenance to prolong the equipment life, help with efficiency and save money long term. I would absolutely use them again!

They did a great job! We have not had our air ducts cleaned for many years and the ducts really needed it. They brought in the right equipment. They did not try to up-sell us with other items. They really earned their money. Because our ducts were so dirty--I will not embarrass myself by letting you know how many years we went without a cleaning--they had to spend extra time. They did not charge us extra. We are planning to get a new ground source heat pump (we were early adopters) and the ground source heat pump guy was out at the house so that we could sign a contract. He was impressed with the work that Air Duct Pro was doing so he took their card and plans to refer customers to them. The ground source heat pump guy has been in the business for 25 years and knows more than a "civilian" like me. If he liked their work, that is a good sign.

Wonderful job! Prompt, honest, thorough, clean, courteous, good communications. The price was so good we felt guilty.

The father and son team was courteous, on-time, knowledgeable and very professional. Work was done in a well organized and timely fashion. Company lives up to their high standards of excellence.

Well DONE.. i have used a company in the past, they used a shop vac not impressed at all. I called Aiir Duct Pros they insured me they dont use shop vacs, they use powerfull vacs. WOW.. they stuck by there word. Very good company. Very nice crew, right price. Definitely A+

They were professional. I was very pleased with the service and will have them back in 2 years. They showed pictures of the air ducts before and after. They were able to reach all of the vents. They agitated to remove debris.

Twenty minutes before arrival, the company's home base called me and said they would be there soon, and they were, right on time. The owner and technician came in and explained what was going to happen and they did their job very professionally and efficiently. The whole process took a little more than an hour to complete. They also fixed an annoying metal tinkering that was driving my wife and I nuts. Thank you Air Duct Pros Inc.!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Air Duct pros. They cam exactly when they said they would come. Took pictures and showed my wife what the ducts looked like before. Then they cleaned every duct in the house including supply and output. There were no extras or gimmicks like some stories we had heard of. At the end they showed pictures of the clean ducts now. Simply, they did an amazing job for the exact price we paid for. As a bonus, we had noticed sounds coming from the system that worried us that our system was having issues. After the cleaning, all the sounds went away and the system seems to be working great.

Great. Provider showed up on time. Left no mess. Explained each step of the process. Took photos inside the ducts before and after cleaning. Very professional. Was very honest telling me the ducts were not severely clogged and gave me an etimated time for cleaning again ....5 years. Did not try to sell additional services or sevices not needed.

The owner and an assistant came within the arranged time slot. I was texted the day before a reminder and again 40 mins before they arrived. They looked at the two systems and went right to work. No mess and took about 1 1/2 hours. The dryer vent was done for the first time in 20 years. Was told I needed to have it done every year to prevent fires. Didn't know that! Very professional.

Duane (owner) and Brian (tech) did a great job. I appreciate Duane giving me a play by play and showing me the before and after pics. We will definitely complete this service every 2-5 years as recommended. Breathing the dirt from the vents is inexcusable.

After talking with several other companies, I selected Air Duct Pros because of the professionalism of the owner. While other companies offered a lower rate, those companies did not appear as knowledgeable or as honest as Air Duct Pros. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I was contacted prior to the team arriving at my home. Was in my home, the 2-person team (including the one of the owners) was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. I was shown a video of the actual cleaning. I would use this company again and would consider their air duct cleaning service.

Service was okay. They did have to open up a hole in one of my ducts in the basement to be able to access the system, and the tape on their patch start coming off after a few years.

We were looking for somebody to clean our air ducts and found this company. The owner and another person from his company were the ones performing the service. They were very responsive and even notified us when they had a slot open up in case we were interested in having the work performed sooner than we originally were able to schedule. They arrived within the service window communicated and even called to let me know they were on their way so I could plan for their arrival. They were very friendly and efficient and explained to me everything they were doing along each step of the way so I knew what to expect. They even provided a before and after photo so I could see the results of their work. We will definitely use them again.

They are very honest and did a great job.

They were very professional and efficient; explained the process well before they began. They showed up on time, and started to work immediately. They allowed us to check their work, and what a difference! Nice, shiny air ducts. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone, including my own my mom.

They came, they did the job and left. They were supposed to come out during the winter. They came out a couple of weeks after the purchase.
