They came right on time and cleaned out all of our air ducts and vents. They were respectful and efficient.

Setting the appointment was easy as pie -- one call and a call-back was all it took. Work was thorough and workmanlike. There was a glitch with the original date due to a broken-down vehicle but the let me know right away and didn't keep me waiting half-a-day for a no-show. The rescheduled date and time arrived and they were punctual. Very happy with their service.

The vents were cleaned very well. The workers actually pointed out to us that one of the vents that should have extended to a vent cover had never been installed in the house. The workers were efficient, left everything clean, and were pleasant to deal with.

There was a long backlog (presumably) of other orders: we placed our request for duct cleaning in late November, but it was more than three weeks until the first available date of service. The team arrived on time (given a two hour window for arrival and they were right there), worked cleanly and promptly, explained what they were going to do, reviewed our system and made some recommendations for possible changes (reworking a duct in the kitchen, changing the placement and size of the filter: neither of these were recommendations based on "fishing for work" as they were not things they would do, but which might make the system work better).

Work was performed by the owner. He was punctual, polite and thorough. He pointed out some mold issues and asked if we would like it removed which of course we did. The fact that he found that problem and was able to fix it immediately was great. ,

We had a little bit of trouble scheduling with them, but we eventually go it straightened out. Once we got it straightened out, everything went fine.

They could not clean the outside because I was in a condo complex but they did a good job with what they could.

I ordered the big deal for $199 for duct cleaning. They two men who came to my house were very courteous and punctual. They were professional in cleaning the ducts. They made three holes near the furnace to connect the large vacuum which was outside during operation. They brought the tube through a basement window to get to the furnace. They did a good job cleaning the ducts that they opened. For the vents that were in the walls, they used a high pressure air stream to dislodge the debris instead of taking the vent cover off. After they were done they mentioned there was some mold in a of couple ducts so they recommended the EnviroCon spray. We just moved in the house so I had it done for another $99. It seemed to be worth it if for nothing else it smelled nice. My biggest problem with the cleaning was after they were done cleaning the system. As is other reviews they used new screws to reinstall the vent covers for the cold air returns. This isn't a big deal but just annoying because they are metal sheet metal screws and not the white ones that came with the covers. Furthermore, they did not put in enough screws for the covers of the large (about 8 inch) holes where the vacuum tube was placed near the furnace. I went down there a few days later and the covers had separated from the duct line. I had to put in four or five more sheet metal screws and duct tape to keep them secure. Again, not a big problem but something I shouldn't have to do. I think they did a good job cleaning the ducts just be sure to check over the things very closely after they are done.

They were quick and they did the job that we called them for. They were professional. They did what we paid them to do.

Upsold anti bacterial mold treatment. When we finally replaced the ductwork we found much of it not cleaned. We saw photos but were not sure they were our ductwork.

Everyone was super friendly & professional. They had to reschedule because we live in a rowhome & there wasn't available parking for the truck the first day they came. But when they were able to come do the cleaning, they did a great job & we were very happy.

The company responded to my email sent via Angie's list. We made an appointment for two weeks in the future, due to mutual schedule constraints. A few days before the service was to be performed, the company called to confirm the appointment and the time window when they would arrive. The day of the cleaning, the company called me about 1/2 hour before the time window to confirm that someone was on the way. Promptly at the start of the two-hour time window, the cleaners arrived and cleaned the dryer vent very professionally. They suggested ways to secure our exterior dryer vent cover (which was loose before we had them come). The service was quick and productive. I would use this company again. Great professional job!

Melissa was very kind and prompt with her email responses. I did my usual research online and also checked out the NADCA website which I highly recommend. Prior to the appointment I printed out a sheet of questions recommended for a consumer to ask, specifically for air duct services. When the techs arrived I asked a few questions from the form and I could immediately tell that he was annoyed and his answers were vague at best. So I showed him the list of questions that obviously came from a legitimate site. He became very agitated, defensive and took an extremely condescending tone with me. He tried to dismiss the questions and even told me I should have told them ahead of time that I was going to ask them. I was so stunned that he was talking to me like that I could not even say anything. In my opinion, when someone gets that defensive it is because they feel like they have been caught. To this day I am very disappointed that I allowed him to get away with that behavior. Of course later his attitude was the fake and forced nice derived from guilt after he realized how he treated me. He then said hello to my 2year old who he had previously saw and chose to ignore when they arrived. Which reminds me that they did not even introduce themselves when I answered the door. Melissa had told me they were on their way, so I guess they did not think an introduction was needed. They did the cleaning and showed me some mold that was growing around the furnace, which they removed. I can not recall if they charged extra for that or not. He recommended that we change the filter more often and that the filter wasn't allowing enough air to go through and that caused the mold build up. Before they arrived I decided for them to sanitize the air ducts as well. I'm pretty sure there was an extra charge for that. He did show me a before and after picture but when i asked him to email them to me, he did not. Yes they provided the service I hired them to do. However, there is no excuse under the moon for him to have treated me the way he had. I have noticed all the other A reviews they have received, so I am left to believe that he has an issue with minorities. Although, I am far from the stereo typical. I was adopted as a baby and grew up in the midwest. I grew up in a very small town and even I sometimes think small minded as well. However, my thoughts are private and as a Christian I would never treat people based on them. Professionally it is inexcusable.

We got Big Deal from Air Duct Pros but found that it covers only one zone, as the house has two zones we had to pay regular fee for second zone. They were really busy at the time so we ended up scheduling a couple months out. But once they got to the property, they were great. They took before & after pics, showed dirty ducts on video, did a thorough cleaning and disinfected the ducts. We have seen a marked decrease in children's cold since the cleaning. All in all, there were some hicups with price & scheduling but they did an amazing job.

While it took several weeks to get the appointment scheduled, they showed up on time, called before arriving, were professional and courteous, did a great job, and took the time to comfort/explain to my nervous tenant regarding the condition of the ducts, the lack of visable mold, the application of mold treatment (at my request) anyway, and called to discuss the condition with us after the treatment. I hired them for a second job and was very pleased with their performance. highly recommend.

Two gentlement from Air Duct Pros came to my house. Both were very pleasant and professional. They put their generator in my back yard and hooked up a large tube to my basement duct work. They had to cut a hole in my aluminum duct work. I was surprised that they had to cut any holes, but they sealed it up after completing their work. The door had to remain open the entire time. They completed their job, packed up and told me to replace my filters more frequently to get better air flow. All went well until about 20 minutes after they left. My carbon monoxide detector went off. At first, I thought the batteries needed to be replaced. So I replaced them. It went off again. I was very upset by this repeated warning. I was contemplating calling 911. However, I called Air Duct Pros first, to ask what I should do about this issue. A woman answered the phone, I don't recall her name, I told her about the alarm and that it had never gone off before their service. She told me that this was not an uncommon situation, because the generator runs on gas and the vapors sometimes get in through the open door. I was instructed to open a window for awhile and it would dissipate. I opened my basement window for about an hour and it did clear the air. The detector stopped sounding its alarm so all was well again. I just wish someone had told me that it would be necessary to air out the basement before my alarm went off.

I bought an Angie's list deal for a full house air duct cleaning. I called the week before the coupon expired to schedule a time, and they were extremely accommodating to my schedule, allowing me to use the coupon one day after the expiration date. The two gentlemen who came to the house were on time and very polite and professional. They used shoe protector covers to walk through the house, which I greatly appreciated. They were in and out within a few hours. I would definitely use them again, even at full price

We had a great experience with Air Duct Pros and will use them in the future for our air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The day they were scheduled to come out there was inclement weather and the team called me within an hour of arriving to let me know they may be a few minutes early but would arrive on time. The team arrived on time and explained the work that would be done and immediately started the work. They were very professional, friendly, and informative regarding the work that had been done. They had no problem wearing shoe covers while working inside the house.(I have dark hardwood floors that show dirt easily so I was very happy about that). All vents were replaced neatly and cleanly and everything was just as clean when they left as it was prior to their arrival. It took roughly around 2 and 1/2 hours to complete a dual zone system cleaning along with the dryer vent cleaning and we were very happy with the service.

It was a good experience overall. They were timely, professional. They took care to put my house back in order. They took the time to actually show me what my air ducts looked like before and after and explained the process. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced.

They came as scheduled and worked efficiently. The gentleman in charge (who I believe was the owner) noticed some mold nearby the air duct in the basement and offered a sanitizer for an extra $100, which I took him up on. He also showed me how the air duct looked before and after the cleaning. Job was done fairly quickly. There was an air freshener scent afterwards. Since I don't like fragrances, I asked him how long the scent would dissipate. I can't remember how long he said, but my vague recollection was several hours. It did in fact dissipate as he mentioned. Overall, the work was done courteously, effeciently, and professionally. He took time to answer my questions.
