It was okay, not perfect. Would I recommend them to somebody? No. We still have dust around the house everywhere because of dust coming out. We were using an extensive filter to catch the dirt and they said that I shouldn't use them because it would cause more clogging. They told us to use the cheap filter, which we did and it didn't catch any dust. After a couple of months, the filter came out like the the day we put it in so it wasn't a good advice at all. They came on time.

Within 24 hours of our purchase, we received an email from Melissa Loverde. With a few email exchanges trying to find a time around my busy schedule, we set a date. The 2-man crew arrived within the window of time we had set. They were professional and took their time setting down tarps to protect our hardwood floors and carpet. They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend this company.

They did really well. They were professional and did the job quickly. I would use them again.

Very professional. First time I ever had this done. The company called to provide the names of the two workers who would come to the house. Later the company called and gave an estimated time of arrival (within 30-60 minutes). The people arrived on schedule, introduced themselves and explained everything that they would do in detail. After completing the finishing the duct work, they proceeded to clean the dryer vent which involved a lot of extra work (took over 30-minutes to the vent cleared with 20-years of accumulation) - but did not leave before it was done.

Dwayne was very friendly and explained the whole process. He showed me all of the dust/dirt before and after and also noticed that there was mold present. For an extra $100 they sprayed a non-toxic cleaner called EnviroCon throughout the duct system to kill the mold. They were very professional, called ahead to give me an arrival estimate, and wore booties to keep the carpet clean. Very pleased with their work. Would definitely use them again.

They were good and I was happy with their service. They everything they were doing because we never had that particular service done before, which was nice.

I knew how dirty my vents were before they came, and when they were done my vents were absolutely spotless! They were courteous and conscientious when in my home and took great care to not make another mess as they were cleaning. Since they left my house smells so much better! I was incredibly pleased.

It went fine. They were very nice and professional.

The company called the day before to ensure they were coming out, and called the morning of to give me a better idea of when exactly they would show up within the original time window. They were on time and very friendly. They explained what they were doing in laymans terms so that we would understand what was going on. They were originally here to just clean the air ducts, but the gentleman pointed out the mold that was growing around the humidifier on the furnace. He explained our options, so I decided to add the service to the air duct cleaning. He explained what we can do to maintain it and keep it mold-free in the future. The cleaning was much quicker than I anticipated, and they were very professional and polite. They were even dog friendly, as my great dane was jumping on them and they were happy to oblige.

The customer service rep who scheduled the appointment was very non chalant about the process - she didn't even tell me what we needed to do to prepare until I asked, and all she said we needed to do was clear a space for the technicians to stand in front of the vents. Then the night before we received an appointment confirmation email with lots of fine print that made us think that maybe the work would be much more extensive than we originally expected. When they arrived, it was extremely easy - they didn't even need to remove any covers off of the vents or returns! We were glad this was so easy, but wished it had been made more clear to us from the outset. The technicians were prompt and professional, no complaints at all with their work.

The crew was very polite and professional. They did the job and did not try to sell us any extras like I have heard other companies will do. When they left, the house was left clean.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for $199 whole house duct cleaning and then had the dryer vent done as well once the men got to my home. They were very nice, honest and left the house exactly the way they found it. I will definitely use them again!

They were nice, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in person. They came out twice, but neither time were they able to find enough space to park their vehicles and unload the equipment, so I got a refund. I have no complaints with them, however, I wish I could use them.

The two technicians from Air Duct Pros arrived punctually. They were both very friendly young men. They took all the protective measures for my home -- laying down drop cloths, wearing shoe protectors. The whole cleaning process took only about 45 minutes.But then I was really surprised -- they re-painted the dust-stained air return! The men were punctual, neat and professional. The men did an outstanding job and took pride in their work! My husband was very, very pleased as well. Even the air in our home smelled cleaner. We would highly, highly recommend their service and work ethics. Also, of note, we received an email appointment reminder - most helpful and professional! Again, if you need the ducts in your home cleaned, these are the people to call. Also, recommend having the ducts cleaned.

The company arrived on time. Spent a lot of time finding the venting in my house, which was helpful to me as the community office had told me the wrong place. After finding it was on the roof the work was postponed as the roof was icy.they called me in a few days and scheduled to come back. They arrived and promptly cleaned the vent, finding a rather large blockage. They were friendly, informative, courteous, and thorough. They wore cloth boots whenever hey needed to work inside.Excellent!
