We had a good experience with this company. We puchased a Big Deal and this was our first time with this company and we will use them again in the future. The entire process was explained from the beginning to the end. The technician showed us the dirt buildup in the main vent and we could see it when the return vent covers were removed. They brushed the return vents and forced high pressure air into each vent to loosen the dirt so more would be drawn through the air duct and sent outside. The team was punctual, professional and left no dirt or mess behind.

They were quick and appeared to do a fairly thorough job. The only problem they left was one cutout (that provides access one duct in the air duct system - standard operating procedure) not sealed properly. The sheet metal cover was left hanging open, and I had to make the necessary re-enforcements (i.e. screws and duct tape should have been used to secure the sheet metal cover for the cutout instead of just duct tape). Other than that, the air ducts were cleaned well and the price was great!

Very professional The way my airducts are in my basement made it impossible for them to perform the service but they were very professional and explained why and were so nice and they also took the time to explain the things that we needed to let the company know when we found one that had a smaller pipe cutter. You will not go wrong with these guys.

They were good and punctual. They did a very good job cleaning the ducts for me on my 1 floor, but they were trying to charge me more money to do the 2nd floor.

It was a big deal purchase that I made. They did a good job, they were very clean and efficient.

The provider did a fabulous job! They arrived a little late but I was happy that I was informed about their late arrival 15 mins before my scheduled appointment. The technicians were very professional, explained the procedure to me and immediately got to work. The job was completed in a little over an hour and I was very pleased. I booked the big deal for $199 and paid the technicians $75 for the dryer cleaning when the job was done. The price seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend Air Duct Pros and I will definitely use them again.

They were great. We had to reschedule a few times but they were always very helpful on the phone. On the day of service they arrived promptly, did the work quickly. Asked if we wanted the dryer vent done for an extra $ charge (I think 75). They came to my husband and said that the dryer vent wasn't hooked up properly within the walls and couldn't do it. They could have never said anything and we would have never known! The dust was just going into our walls! They also told us what type of contractor to call and approx. what we should be paying for it as it wasn't a big project. This was something I wanted to do for a very long time. I am still skeptical as to whether this will really help with the dust which is why I was so happy to see a deal. Also, many of the places I priced charged extra after a certain number of vents and returns even if it's only one system. Once I confirm that this really did help with the dust, it's something that I will have done again and will definately use this company!

They only dusted the outside of the vent and they charged me more for spaying some mode chemical into the vent.

They were very professional and all went well. I was able to see the difference between the dirty vents and the clean return vent when they were finished. Very pleased with the whole process. Would recommend them.

The gentleman explained everything he was doing step by step and performed a very thorough job. The only thing I noticed when they left was that there were several screws missing from the metal plate.

Purchased a Big deal for Air Duct Pros Inc. Had them clean the air ducts. They was on time, pleasant and cleaned up nicely.

The guys wre very prompt and took great care not to blanche our newly painted walls with the massive hose they use. They explained the entire procedure and upon discovery of some previous mold issues gave us the option for a mold treatment which would inhibit any future growth. They said the product was really expensive so the treatment was $100 but we decided to go with it. We also opted to have our dryer vent cleaned out for $75 which was a simple procedure but yielded alot of lint..surprising since we are diligent in cleaning out the dryer trap with each use. I would recommend this if you are having your ducts cleaned, who wants a dryer fire! They were very professional and called ahead to confirm , arrived right on time and completed the job quickly and completely. Thumbs up!

I made an appointment with air duct pros weeks ago for a weekday morning. I took a half day away from my office. They were due to arrive between 8 and 10, they did arrive at 930. Despite a call to make the appointment and two confirmation calls from their office, not ONE time did they ask "where is your furnace?". On arrival they finally ask and brusquely say "we can't do it" . My furnace is on my roof; which is NOT unusual in Baltimore city. Simple question to ask. Both the servicemen (and I use "service" loosely) and their dispatcher say that asking a simple qualifying question before wasting a consumer's time is "not our job". No service and apparently a lack of interest in improving their services. Buyer beware.

They did a great job! Told me of problem areas where we needed to put filters. They guys were friendly & punctual.

Went fine as best I can recall (almost 2 yrs ago). Price was a little higher than other Angie's list coupons for ductwork and dryer vent cleaning but not excessively so.

The company did a good/thorough job. The vents were quite dirty, so a good cleaning, which they got, was in order.

The two men who came where on time and very professional. They explained everything, showed me what they found in the ducts (gross; We bought a home that had been built in 1958 and never cleaned!) and when offering the additional service of the antibacterial spray, it was not pushy at all. They were in and out within an hour or so.

They were nice. I like them. They were prompt. They explained what they were going to do. It was a pretty dirty job but they made minimal mess.

Owner/Operator arrived on time and was properly prepared to perform Duct service. Vents had not been cleaned since 1976 and the buildup of dust in the home was very noticeable. Upon completion of service, amount of dust was reduced dramatically. Operator was courteous and professional, and his equipment was obviously top of the line. Would definitely recommend or use again.

Excellent and very professional service! We reached out to have our air ducts cleaned for the special advertised price. Melissa was very prompt in offering a number of dates when we could avail of the service. The two gentlemen who came in were punctual and very professional. They walked me through the entire process of how they were cleaning the vents and what results I could expect. One of them was the owner of the company and he came across as genuinely committed to ensuring customers have a great experience. He also suggested that I change the air filters more regularly than I currently do in order to keep the vents cleaner! Also gave me a great quote for the dryer vent replacement and we will be reaching out to them again.

It was fine, they did a decent job. They were on time, did the job in the amount of time they estimated it would take, and cleaned up afterwards. They were pleasant.

I was only able to use one deal for one of my properties because of the way a furnace was set up. The one coupon they did honor went very well. They showed up on time and did excellent work. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

My experience with them went well. Their quality of service was good and I had no concerns. They did not show me anything with the cameras.
