They came about a month later because I had to schedule and I had to reschedule on them, and it wasn't their fault, it was mine. I think they were very efficient and very prompt in doing all the work that was involved. They were also very informative which is good. The work was fine, I could see the difference.

Work was well done. Showed up on time and explained process. Completed work promptly and thoroughly. Would use them again and recommend to others.

The guys arrived a little late but the women called and told me that. Once they were here they got to work. They explained what they were going to do. Hooked everything up and started to suck away, Then they went to every vent and used a power drill attached long hose with a brush at the end to get down into the vents. I agreed to have them use a spray solution called EnviroCon to kill bacteria and any mold in the duct work. ( I thought that $100 extra for that treatment was high)They worked efficiently and the job took about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves. All in all a good experience.

They were a very professional group. I had no issues with them at all. They were very punctual.

Very professional, clean. Every step of process asked me if I understand what's going on. Very polite. Didn't charge me for cleaning the dryer vent until they confirmed they can do it( 3 level townhouse with vent goes through the roof and not accessible). I highly recommend them. They were here on time. The 2-man crew courteously explained all the details of what would be involved. They took pictures before and after the cleaning. They also took care to contain any dust/dirt by covering critical vents. All was cleaned up before they left and were very fast and efficient. The price couldn't be beat and there were no hidden fees. Optional sanitizer was offered but declined. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Spent about two hours cleaning 8 vents and three return vents. Took pix of results. Cleaned up afterwards. Impressed with the results.

We purchased the BIg Deal for air duct cleaning. When they arrived they told us they could only do 1 of our 2 systems. They also said that the upstairs unit was not able to be cleaned using their system so that we had to choose the downstairs unit. They were professional, timely, and cleaned up well. Ended up performing minor maintenance on the upstairs system for extra money. Dont remember how much.

They showed up on time (called 45 minutes ahead to give me a heads up) and quickly got to work. They were very respectful of things that needed to be moved, of my menagerie of animals and my two sleeping teens. Professional, quick, and eager to show me just how dirty my duct work was! I was amazed at how they did not leave one bit of mess- I was fully expecting to have to clean up after them, but I could not find one piece of dust or one thing out of place! I would definitely recommend and will be using them again I am sure!

On time and professional but at next filter change, furnace filter was quite dark/dust laden and, too, we did not notice a big change in the interior air quality or a noticeable drop-off in dust accumulation on furniture right after their visit, so we think their process is not altogether efficient/successful in cleaning ducts.

Two gentlemen arrived on time and performed the work promptly. Allowed me to see inside vents for a clear before/after look. Vents were clean, top to bottom. Cleaned dryer vent as well. Only negatives (and not enough for me to drop them below A grade): left a huge pile of lint outside of the dryer vent. Would have been nice if he had laid out something to catch all of the lint. Left a bit of a mess inside but nothing major. Would highly recommend.

The team was helpful and professional. They walked me through the steps and showed me the before and after in the duct work. The ducts were very clean after they were done. They sealed up the wholes in the duct by the basement and left the house clean.

My experience with Air Duct Pros was great. I called to set up an appointment and had no problem getting into their schedule quickly. The two men that arrived came on time and went right to work. With a mirror, they showed me how dirty the ducts were and described how they were going to do the cleaning. The service included disinfecting the ducts as well. There was absolutely no mess which surprised me. When finished, they asked if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned for a small fee but my vent was new so I didn't need it. I'm very happy I decided to go with them and would use them again.

Overall experience was excellent. Workers showed up on time, got right to the job and completed the duct cleaning in a very timely and professional manner. Also, service provider did NOT try to sell any additional (unneeded) work/services other than what was asked to be performed. Although access holes had to be cut into the ducts, the holes were all covered or plugged properly. Nice job!

My wife was here as I was at work. They were on time, quickly finished the job and cleaned up after themselves.

The response to my emails was almost immediate. The service folks , one of whom was the owner, were on time and delightful. Explained to me why changing the filters on my furnace mattered and that I did not have to use the expensive filters I was using and the other downsides of using the costly filters. Also replaced the cover on one of my openings at no extra charge, explained every step along the way -- and told me I should not keep the humidifier on in the summer and why. And if that were not enough, they made my 30-month old granddaughter laugh and took the time to explain to her why she could not be in the back yard when they were exhausting rather than leave it to me to bring her inside kicking and screaming I only wish I had more friends to recommend Air Duct to.

The power was out when they came so they weren't able to do any work.

The company called me before heading to my house to make sure I was available and they arrived at the time they said they would. They use a negative pressure system that creates a heavy suction and will pull all the dust out of the ducts- they have a tool to listen the dust etc in the ducts to make sure they are entirely clear. The whe process only took an hour and my ducts are as dust free as when the house was built!

It went fine! No complaints and they were great in the house and would use them or refer them in a heartbeat.
