It turned out fine. I have no complaints. I paid extra to have them clean out the dryer vent too.

They showed me everything and what they were going to do. They really protected everything so that the dust wouldn’t blow where it shouldn’t while they were cleaning. That’s what impressed me. They showed me a before and after picture so you could see how well it was done. The pricing was good.

I even went with them at the back to see what they were inspecting out of my vents and there seemed to be a lot of crap in there because my vents have never been cleaned. You can tell the difference after it was done because you don't have to dust as often. They came in, they did their job and I have no complaints.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. The guys came in, did their job and took off with no problems whatsoever. From what I remember of them they did a fine job. They were very professional, explained everything they were going to do and did it. They showed me where they had to cut into my vent to do their testing and showed me the results. It was all very well done, professional and was in and out. They hooked up a vacuum to suck all the dirt out of the vents.

They got to work as soon as they arrived. They answered any and all questions asked satisfactorily. They were meticulous in covering all the vents and openings on all floors. The complete procedure took a little over an hour.

Work was done in a neat organized fashion. We were shown the condition of the ducts by camera before and after work was done. A mold infiltration was identified, shown to me, and a mitigation strategy presented and approved. I was also provided with information on cleaning the dryer vent that was of benefit to me. I was well pleased with the services performed.

Two individuals showed up to do the work on schedule. The truck/trailer they mention doesnt have to back up to your house, just has to be able to park near by so they can wheel their vacuum close to your window and unload the hoses/etc to connect to your system. I walked around and watched as they set up - removed and put foam on all the floor vents, and put plastic bags over wall/ceiling vents to block airflow. They explained to me that this would help with the system's suction - they cut the necessary hole for their vacuum, and then when the suction was going they would process a vent at a time with either compressed air or a long rotating brush - remove foam, clean vent, replace foam. For some of the air returns on the walls they spent particular extra effort, looking down inside with a light and showing me what it looked like inside after. They were pretty good about explaining the process as I hovered around and watched, and seemed pretty thorough in their efforts. Afterward they sealed all the holes they made and cleaned up. I asked them to do the dryer vent cleaning - my end unit townhouse has the washer/dryer in the middle of the basement, so there's a long tube from it to the outside - and it turns out that was DEFINITELY needed! the sheer quantity of packed lint that came out was disturbing, along with a literal bird's nest that was apparently the blockage that started it for the previous owner. Overall I was quite happy with the service, even if the cost made me cringe a little - it seems to be on par with other providers. I got the air duct cleaning at all because I just moved in and this 20+ year property has apparently never had the ducts cleaned (as evidenced by absence of prior holes), so the full treatment was likely overdue; now it should not be needed again for a while.

The service turned out to be good. I paid $100 additional for spraying other than the big deal. They were efficient. They didn't talk too much and they didn't talk very little. They were professional. I felt comfortable with them in the house. There has been a difference since they did the work. They were on time.

Provider arrived when scheduled. They connected a truck mounted vacuum system to my air ducts. While it's difficult to assess the cleanliness of the ducts, I could hear debris being removed during the process. They were professional and neat.

The two gentlemen that came in to do the work were very professional. They ensured that drop cloths were put down to avoid tracking outside dirt in the house. They explained each step of the process as they progressed. they arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves to a point you wouldn't have known they were here.
