We really did not do a lot of price comparison because we knew their work and they had been good with us on past jobs. It was done in stages because they had to do the wiring. Then they had to wait for parts of the construction to be finished before they could install the unit itself. It was essentially new construction so it took however long it took. They also service the system they installed. When we call them to service the system they come quickly.

Patrick was informed, polite, and professional. He provided us some good information on options for geothermal. Spent about an hour here. When he left, he said he'd "put together" a quote & email it that week. I told him we were just beginning to investigate and that we wouldn't be ready to decide until after the first of the year, but he said he likes to "clear his desk". A week later I phoned because we hadn't heard and wanted to be sure he had the proper email and phone. He returned the call saying Total Comfort Hagerstown would not be providing a quote/proposal because of their schedule, they're too busy. It struck me as weird and unprofessional. It seems they would have known their schedule before they sent Patrick to provide an estimate/proposal for geothermal installation here. I don't know if I'd use their services again (but this Angie's List form requires a yes/no response).

They are prompt and when they are running late, they always call. They are very nice, polite and punctual. The work is topnotch.

They were great from the initial visit to look over the house and study the needs. They did not just go with the central A/C size that was there but did the measurements and the calculations to recommend the right size, given that we had insulated the house since the last A/C. This resulted ion a smaller more economical unit, which has been functioning very well though some very cold recent weather. I had their calculations checked by a third party who had no financial interest in the contract and they checked out. The installing team was professional, courteous and clean. The equipment procured had $100 of electronics more than the model promised -- and they did not charge extra or even propose to charge extra. Stayed with it through the inspection process. An excellent experience.

Totally satisfied with all aspects of the work done. They worked closely with us to design the systems from scratch working around the idiosyncrosies of log construction. They were always very professional and clearly knew their business.

Very well - on time and a very well done installation. There were a couple of scheduling issues but nothing major for a significant amount of work. When we had a problem after installation they were very, very responsive to fix the issue quickly and professionally.
