Here at Supreme Plumbing, we have a flat rate price book. In most cases, the customer knows the price up front before any commencement of work. As far as this customer, I'm not sure since the work was done over 6 years ago. Its disappointing how once again, a previous neighbor, finds need to give me a poor rating online. In regards to the price that we charged, I have no record the price $2,100 that the customer indicated. I have a copy of the invoice. The invoice # is 1203. The description is "replace tub and shower diverter". The total cost is $450. That is the only record of work that I show for this customer. This work requires a complete replacement of the tub and shower faucet. This includes the diverter rough in valve behind the wall as well as new fixtures on the inside of the bathtub. Materials and labor are also included in this price. I would hope that anybody that I do work for, for any reason, is unsatisfied, to please come to me to resolve any issues or conflict. I'm a reasonable person. I do my best to be true and honest in all I do, not only in my personal life, but business as well. This is a business, not a game! I have a responsibility to provide for my family and I take it very serious. Most people are not in business to provide a free service or to discount every friend or neighbor. When we are called to provide a service, we make a personal commitment to be as professional as possible and to be competitive in our pricing.

We couldn't have been happier with Supreme Plumbing. We had a bigger company come in for a quote and they sent a sales man. Their pricer was higher than Supreme's and they would have taken longer. Supreme Plumbing came in, gave us a quote, gave us a start and finish date and made good on all of their promises. This is a small local company with a good group of guys doing the work. If you are looking for an honest plumber and good quality work then I wouldn't think of calling anyone other than Supreme Plumbing. We couldn't be happier with the work Supreme Plumbing did and we will certainly call them the next time we need a plumber. If you live in the Hagerstown, MD area I wouldn't even consider using anyone other than Supreme Plumbing.
Description of Work: Supreme plumbing did a bunch of work for us last winter. We realised we were going through 240 gallons of oil a month and decided to completely renovate our heating system. Supreme plumbing put in a new water heater, a gas furnace, and converted our wood burning fireplace to gas. They came in the day they said they would start. They worked tirelessly to complete the work in the time frame we discussed. The bill didn't go a penny over what was agreed upon prior to the work even though there were some unseen costs.

It was not good because Mike didn't call me back with pricing and he did not show up for the appointment he accepted from me.
Description of Work: I contacted Mike @ Supreme Plumbing to quote me on a simple kitchen sink disconnect and re-connect because I was getting new countertops put in. Mike gave a price range of $200-$225 (included a double trip charge). When I called Mike back to book the appointment and confirm the price we discussed previously-he back peddled on the pricing a little bit AND promised to call me back with firm pricing (he said he had to check his book). He also took all of my information, date of job and confirmed that he had my appt in his book. and accepted the job. In the meantime, my countertop installation date was 3days away. Mike never called me back with a price. So I called him back. Once again, he promised to call me back. He never called back. So at this point I thought, "when he shows up for the appt I'll get the price from him and if it's affordable-he can move forward with the project". Mike never showed up on the appointment date. I thought he would at least show up for the appt.Mike lives in my neighborhood. So my location was literally 500ft (if that) from his home.

My sincerest apologies to this client and her family. We have talked about this job over a half a dozen time in the past year. When she finally decided to book a time and date to do the job, she wanted to confirm the price. This is perfectly normal. I would do the same. At the time, i was driving and was unable to confirm. At my company, we use a flat rate price book. Whatever the price given to her months before, would have been the same. Without being able to look at the price, i was unable to confirm with her at the time. When we booked the date, we were to talk the day before the countertops were to be removed and confirm that all was well with the countertop company and hopefully, no delays. I never heard from her. Unfortunately, i cant find any record in my outlook calendar of booking her to date. I know that it was booked though because i personally entered it in. Without any of her information at my fingertips, i was unable to contact her. I know that she lives in my neighborhood but we have never met and i dont know exactly where she lives. Member, I am very sorry for the mistake on my end and for the poor service. It was an honest mistake. That is not how i run my business. If so, i wouldnt be in business. In any job, people are are people at the end of the day and they will make mistakes. If you would have called me, i would have stopped whatever we were doing and came there to accomadate you. Without any of your information, i was unable to reach out to you. I understand that you are upset and disappointed. THE WORK WAS QUICK and THE JOB DONE NEATLY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE PROJECT. THE PRICES WERE QUITE RESPECTABLE. THE NEW WATER HEATER DOES ITS JOB and WORKS LIKE A DREAM.
