+ -1 moreThis is the 2nd time I used Steve. He responded quickly to my problem both times. He called me once he found the problem before repairing and also told me of other things that were not working properly but were not required to repair to keep the hot tub running. I felt no pressure from him to make those other repairs, instead he told me I didn't need to fix them as they were not critical to the proper functioning of the tub.He even left the bad part out for me to see after he left. Great guy!
Description of Work: Both time he quickly found the problem and called before repairing with an estimate of the cost. He replaced the heating element the second time and a breaker the first.
