Description of Work: After a call he was here in two days. He was pleasant, mannered, and completely professional. We had an unusual beetle infestation in our bedroom. He was not completely familiar with this particular insect so........he called for help and, while help was looking up some things, he continued to look for the source of the infestation in the bedroom. He told us that there was probably a source that we would need to search for, so he--and we--looked for 1.5 hours and finally my wife discovered the "nest." Although he spent an hour and a half looking for the "nest" he would not take any pay and he insisted that "(he) had not done anything." The insect source of food was destroyed and he said there was no reason to kill the few adults that were around as they would die quickly on their own.. What a consummate professional!! We would contract with this very nice man again if ever we needed exterminator services. We will recommend him to any and all of our friends who need this type of service.
