Description of Work: Installed a yard light. Was a little frustrating for Mr. Shifler because the light we bought didn't assemble very well. He stuck to it. And got it together and it works great.

Description of Work: Shifler Electric did it. They had to put a new main wire into the house for a new box.

Description of Work: The wires from the pole going into our house were frayed. Shifler Electric had the power turned off, replace the wires, added new duct work for the wires going into a new fuse box. They did an excellent job. Very professional and on time.

Description of Work: They did work on our home after a storm. Our power lines were torn down due to the storm and they had to redo all of the lines in a different way.

Description of Work: They provided a detailed written estimate and were prompt in coming out at the agreed upon time. The work installing the new heat pump was good and no further problems were noted. I would recomend this company to anyone needing a new heat pump.

Description of Work: I use Shifler Electrical Associates Inc. for air conditioning work. They come out every spring to check my air conditioner. They also clean the vents if needed.

Description of Work: Recessed Lighting in Kitchen, Family Room with dimmers. Workers were on time. The only thing was little pieces of insulation in garage that I had to clean up. I would highly recommend. The company is the ones that put the electric in the house and installed fans.

Description of Work: I was very satisfied with Shifler Electric's response and quality of work. Repairs were made to my home as a result of damages incurred from a lightning strike. Many Switches, GFI receptables, dimmers, motion lights, and low voltage transformers were replaced. I then asked and received an estimate for additional electrical items that I would like to have completed. Aside from the fact that I feel this estimate is a bit high, I will probably use Shifler again. I feel this Company is responsble and trustworthy, and their work is of good quality. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: (from the proposal) Furnish and install (1) Carrier High-Efficiency Puron indoor variable speed air handler Model #FV4CNF005T00 with (1) Carrier supplemental heat package with (1) Carrier High- Efficiency Puron outdoor heat pump model # 25HCC536A003 (3 ton) to replace existing York heat pump equipment. Price also to include: Removal of existing equipment, all plenum ductwork adaptions as required, all electrical and control wiring , all copper lineset reconnections (including flushing out copper lines as required), all condensate drain lines, re-use existing thermostat & properly fasten to wall as required, re-use existing outdoor preformed pad with new 6" pump up feet as required, and all material and labor. Price also includes re-installing existing Aprilaire Humidifier and electrostatic air filter on new Carrier heat pump system.
