Description of Work: The service was performed to my complete satisfaction. The man slipped on the footie to protect the carpet. He did not charge for going to get parts. He gave a senior discount and told how much the charges would be before any work was performed. He did the best job in less time than other plumbers

+ 1 moreMy initial phone call to Roto-Rooter was at 9:00 am. My call was answered courteously and after some back and forth-ing about the details of the problem, I was told a technician would arrive by 11:00 am. At 9:30 I received a phone call informing me the technician was on his way. At 10:45, I received another call to let me know the technician got caught in some traffic, but would arrive in about half an hour. Which he did. The technician, Jamal (1535), was polite, easy to work with, and made everything appear effortless. In very little time, the sewer line was clear and everything was cleaned up. This was the best experience I have ever had with Roto-Rooter.
Description of Work: Cleared our clogged sewer line.
