Great! I highly recommend this team, and I did lean on them to bring our pool back to the pretty blue color. However, I still had high expectations and they met those. The field guys were punctual, open to discuss what they were doing and what they planned to do on their next scheduled visit. As for their response to the evaluation of our green pool, the Pro Pool Staff responded promptly. The Ladies I communicated with inside were polite, helpful and understanding about being new pool owners. They even made me laugh quite a bit! Overall, we needed guidance on how to maintain the pool. The Pro Pool team jumped in and helped us understand what we did wrong, how we can identify issues sooner and rely on them for a trusted resource and partner.

There was a lengthy delay for pool closing. This happens around this time of year, so I feel this is somewhat understandable. However, there was a 3 week wait for the pool to be closed. Also, their services are a little on the high side of the price point for this market. After they closed my pool on a Thursday, the office called on Monday seeking payment. The bill stated clearly there was a 30 day period to pay. So I guess the message is that it is fine if they take 3 weeks to actually do the work, but it is not OK for me to take more than 3 days to have a check on their desk? I felt this was quite unprofessional and it certainly will prevent me from EVER being a future customer.

Randy and his helper came on time and was helpfukl when I asked questions about care and they carried the cover to the shed for me.

Everything went well. The 4 employees arrived and went straight to work. They pulled off and folded the cover and put it in the shed for us. They then made sure everything was working and the levels were correct.

Bad!! (We usually take time to write a thank you to companies who do efficient, quality work and speak with company reps'supervisors to commend the reps' professionalism. We must continuously check after they've been here to see if mechanicals are functioning properly.

Discovered light was burned out, called them, said it was under warranty, came out white. I was at work. Replaced, wonderful, quick, prompt service.

Vicki and Darin are always so helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not give me the runaround...only sold me the chemicals I needed. Water is crystal clear.
