Mr. Water Professional Water Treatment

It went very well he was very professional and I felt he was very honest and upfront with us. He came out even though it was a snowy gross day and did the work in a little over an hour. He walked me thru changing the filters and explained the little we had to do to keep it running smoothly. I thought it was very reasonable and will save us from having to replace the whole thing and/or buy multiple filters for what we had before. My only issue was when we were arranging for him to come over the first time we had a reschedule a couple of time because he ran long in another appointment. But it worked out well and I thought he was very knowledgeable and professional.

UPDATED SEPTEMBER 5, 2012: Previously posted negative review of this company. Have now had the system for almost 2 years. Was not happy with some hidden cost such as filters. But have given the system time to work and is doing excellent. Drinkable water, which was not possible before and pressure is up. Scott did offer to do whatever it took to fix the system. I have not been on angies list in awhile, so it took me awhile to correct this previous review.

When the water stopped coming out of my faucets on a Friday night, I called Scott Handy, the owner of Mr. Water, who had installed the water tank. Although his specialty is water softeners, he did come out the next morning to check the well pump, which he thought might have burned out. Instead of just automatically replacing the well pump, Scott took the time to investigate, and discovered that it was a much easier fix. While here he did replace the old well head with a much better model. I appreciate Scott's prompt response and willingness to take the time to determine the actual problem.

The filters and the system work together to give us great tasting water and we are very pleased. Installation occurred on the scheduled day as planned, but it did take far longer than I expected. It was a hot humid day and Mr Water worked diligently to complete the job in one day.

It went very well. Quality service with no problems. We found Mr. Water on the net and chose him because his website was by far the most informative on the issue of water treatment. We scheduled an appointment and he was on time. He did the work and left the work site very clean and neat. He was very friendly and answered all of my many questions while he was working. I have called him a couple of times since with questions and he is always immediately available to answer my questions.

Good estimate, fixed in the correct amt of time and works excellent.
