Everything went very well from the detailed estimate to the completion of the work (on time). I was a bit anxious when I started this process but working with Terry and Steven was far better than I anticipated and all my worries were unnecessary. I am very pleased with the results.

Terry Jenkins and his crew (Ron & Dru) were professional, knowledgeable, organized, and were great at communicating what they were doing and answering/addressing any questions or concerns I had along the way. When an unexpected issue appeared (floor rotted beyond the doors they were replacing), they were more than willing and capable of repairing that too...all in the total time they estimated. Couldn’t be more pleased.

The contractor was very professional and did an excellent job. I only had some old paint, so he went and got a new can of paint at the local home improvement store. My appointment was delayed a few days due to circumstances beyond their control, and they worked with me to reschedule the work on a day that would work for me. I would definitely hire them again.

The whole job went great. Terry was quick to reply upon initial contact, and was out shortly thereafter to provide an estimate--which was a great value in our opinion. Once work started, as projects go, there were a few things that came up along the way, which we were completely prepared for, as our house does not have an attic, and we assumed that there would be some things that were identified once the ceiling was breached. Terry and his crew handled everything they came across with professionalism and made sure we were walked through and shown everything that was recommended to correct. I would absolutely hire Mr. Fix It Home Services again, and plan to in the upcoming months for additional home updates/repairs. A pleasure to deal with, and quick completion of work. I had an honest review posted a couple weeks ago, but was threatened with legal action if I didn't, A) Remove the review, or B) Change the review to reflect a more positive summary by the owner.

I called to get an estimate & he scheduled it within a week (I already had the tile & he asked me to get the grout so I would pick the color I wanted) then I had the estimate two days later & on the schedule less than 2 weeks later. I received a call early on the morning he was to start to apologize & notify me he would be there the following day because he had an emergency call for a burst pipe. I know if that was my burst pipe, I would want him to respond to my emergency immediately. He showed up promptly the next few days with one of his employees - removed & discarded the old floor, prepared the subfloor for the tile, installed the tiles, floated the grout in & installed trim. It looks absolutely beautiful!!! I would definitely hire him again!

Once the weather cleared up so the work could be done, Mr. Jenkins showed up, spent about 2 hours and took care of what needed to be done. He and his other employee were professional, pleasant and easy to talk to. Did a great job, and I would be sure to recommend him to friends who needed work done.

Over the past seven years Mr. Fix-it Home Services has performed major renovations and various small repairs on our home. The quality of work and attention to details were exceptional. He was able to resolve an issue with leakage around our chimney that a professional chimney service couldn't manage after a year of trying. We contracted Mr. Fix-it after a recommendation from a friend. Mr. Fix-it has now remodeled the whole interior of our home, replaced the roof and undertaken numerous handyman jobs, always to our complete satisfaction. Any minor issues with the work were resolved promptly. He and his team are friendly and courteous.

I was planning to finish the deck myself. So, I dug the holes and poured concrete for foundation. I called the inspector for footing inspection and received approval from the inspector. Then, I cut and setup 6x6 deck posts. I have to stop my project for couple weeks due to my work and my helper’s work. Both of us have to travel out of state for couple weeks. Since, I already ordered all the materials and I do not want them to be wasted, so I called several contractors/handymen to finish the deck. I received several quotations for labors to finish the deck. I chose Mr. Fix It to finish my deck because of their proposal, legitimacy work permit, experiences, and references (I asked couple people who know about Mr. Fix It). On their proposal, it includes the detail what they are going to do; basically their work plan. I believe this is one of the key to show to their customers that they know what they are doing. The job was done fantastically, very professional, they did what they have to do the get the job done and right! They warranty their work; they kept the site completely tidy and clean afterward; they worked and finished the job in time manner; I have a good communication with them; it’s easy to reach the owner and discuss the problems and/or their work plan for that day.
