Jones Roofing & Spouting

The job went well , and I have a beautiful new roof.

It went well. They did the work in the manner I expected. I now have a beautiful new roof, and have had quite a few nice comments about it.

I had a leak in my kitchen and needed a new roof and was told Jones Roofing are great roofers with reasonable prices. I left a message on 4/17 then on 4/20, my brother also left them a message for a new roof. I called again on 4/21, but never heard back from them and neither did my brother.

Called for a quote, was told someone would stop by, no one showed. Sent email requesting quote, no response. Called again, left message, no response. If their quality of work is anything like providing a quote, then stay away from them.

They were here for two and a half weeks. They did a hell of a job. They were only three people. They are perfectionist. That's the only kind of people I hire. I hire people with quality. This is the second time they did the job for me. They did the job 17 years ago and I had them come back and do another job. I would tell about them to a family member or a friend. I would rate them highly. There is nothing wrong with their work. They are wonderful in every aspect. I would rate them highly. If I am going to be still alive, I would use them. I am 70 years old, and that roof is going to be there 35 years. I won't be living that long. If I had too, I would of course have them come back. They did come back the second time 17 years later.
