The thought of renovating a kitchen was very overwhelming. J & D provided the support we needed from beginning to end. Kelli Nunnally assisted us with the design, as well as coordinating all of the moving parts that go into a renovation. J & D worked with the contractors and created a project schedule, which they closely followed and updated as needed. I highly recommend J & D Kitchen Distributors for your next renovation.

We had an excellent experience with J&D Kitchens. They did a total kitchen renovation for us. The renovation consisted of demolition of the old cabinets. This was done with zero mess or inconvenience to us. They were prompt and professional. They stuck to their provided schedule, including the plumbing and electrical sub-contractors, who were excellent. We changed one design element which was completed without issue. Natalie was our designer/sales representative and we loved working with her. We will definitely use J&D Kitchens if we remodel again.

David and his company did an excellent job on our two projects. We first renovated our kitchen and powder room. As we were pleased with that, we later redid our hall bath, converting a standard bathtub (with shower overhead) to a stand- alone shower with seat. David was very knowledgeable about structural issues and options. He listened well and made suggestions to improve our ideas (examples- extending the kitchen countertop so we could have seating, and changing exhaust fan so it vented outdoors.) His workers did excellent work and took pride in their craftsmanship. Anytime there was an issue, David addressed it promptly and corrected it. Project generally stayed with deadlines and completed on time. Easy to get in touch with. We are very happy with our new kitchen and baths , and recommend him highly.

I can’t say enough about J and D kitchens, they did a fabulous job on my kitchen true professionals, they have high attention to the smallest details, and my kitchen came out beautiful. Highly recommend.

We worked with JD kitchens on 2 major projects over the past 2 years: a kitchen remodel in 2022 and a bathroom remodel in 2023. We were thrilled with the entire JD team, from Kelli as our design/sales liason, to the entire installation team. To remodel a 60 year old home always means some surprises. But they anticipated all of those beautifully. Before the first project, we reached out to 6 companies, and we are convinced that we made the perfect choice for a remodeling partner !

They were quick and efficient! High quality work. Ideas and suggestions on details were spot on. No surprises!

From initial design consult through final design concept J&D was patient, insightful, creative and detail oriented. The demo and remodel was done with care and very efficient scheduling. The quality of all the work done by J&D and their sub-contractors was great. We're very pleased and enjoying our new bath.

David Clugston did an amazing job! He worked diligently with me to create spaces that were both beautiful, functional and within my budget. He was very professional ensuring that all of the details were handled so we could move in before the holidays. He was available to answer any and all questions and was able to find workable solutions to the few surprises we uncovered. I would recommend J and D Kitchen Distributors to anyone remodeling or designing spaces in a new build. You will not be disappointed!

They seemed to be going according to schedule until we paid them the bulk of their fee. The work was supposed to be completed on 3/27. I am a realist & know that a week or so late was possible. Little did I realize it would be 2 more months til we could get back into our house. They left debris everywhere & when we would call it sometimes took 2 weeks for them to get back to us. The entire house was coated in dust even spaces that were not involved in the construction. At the end when we called the representative we worked with was very unconcerned about our issues. Very lacking in customer service

The process we had to go through was a nightmare. We had to take several extra days off work to get this project completed. Just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong on this relatively simple job. Broken cabinets showed up so the job was put on hold for weeks. A day of work wasted. The day of the install my wall was damaged and had to be repaired. I had to repaint it. Then we found out that the countertops could not be placed because the cabinets were not installed properly. Because of this I had to miss yet another day of work for the cabinets to be removed and installed a second time. Then when we scheduled the countertops to be installed, I had to leave work at noon for the scheduled 12-5 delivery. They did not show until 8PM. More of my work hours wasted. Communication of the delay was not handled well. I was told they would be a little late but given no updates. We had to cancel a planned event that evening because we just didn’t know if or when the countertop would show up. Overall this experience was not what I had hoped. I chose their company instead of Lowe's or Home Depot to avoid exactly what happened. I was hoping for a more professional operation. In the end they did install the cabinets properly but the experience and headache to get there was awful.

J&D installed cabinets in house when it was built in 1998. The sides of cabinets were sun bleached and did not match cabinet facings. J&D installed new wood on sides of all cabinets so that cabinets match. Quality of cabinets has been i outstanding. We bought the house new in 1998. Cabinets look brand new again after recent work.

After about 7 or 8 weeks and no contact from them, my wife contacted them to see what was the delay. She was given a few excuses and was told that she would hear from them in a day or two. Well, it's been over 2 1/2 months now and still no contact from anyone from this company. I find this to be totally unacceptable and unprofessional. There is no excuse for not picking up the phone to stay in contact with a potential customer. My estimate would be between 20,000 - 25,000 dollars for everything we were asking them to do and I guess they are not interested. Needless to say, if we ever do hear from them, this company will not be getting the job. If they cannot be prompt with an estimate I have to wonder just how long it would take to complete the job.

We are very pleased with Kelli’s design, attention to detail and willingness to work with us to achieve a kitchen that flows well and has the WOW factor. Ron is a great drywaller and cabinet installer. Ron went above and beyond to make sure the two month renovation went smoothly and offered great insight and suggestions. Jim worked with us to made sure all the various parts arrived timely, scheduled electrician, plumber, inspections etc and coordinated cabinet install. We did the kitchen demolition part of the renovation ourselves, J&D staff worked with us prior to demolition to make sure what we planned to do was viable and met code requirements. Washington County Inspectors also commented during the various inspection stages that J&D as well as their subs did quality work. Our kitchen was completed 3 months ago and we are extremely pleased with J&D’s kitchen renovation.
