About us

We are a small family owned fence company that has been in business for 40+ years. We specialize in chain link, split rail, custom board, vinyl and aluminum fences. We have about eight employees and the majority of our employees have been with the company in excess of ten years. We take pride in our workmanship and customer satisfaction. We provide commercial and residential installations, repairs, and part/supplies for "do it yourself" jobs. All of our billing is handled in house and we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Not good, read above.
Description of Work: We got up at 6:00am and drove 2.5 hours to meet an estimator from Horst for a 10:00 am appointment. Received a call from the secretary at 9:45am stating there was a fence emergency and we would have to call to reschedule the appointment. We called Horst back, got a voicemai and left a message. We never got a call back. Done with Horst.

They were awesome. They were just good company. They were great, clean up their mess, and fast. They were a little bit late once I hired them. Part of the estimate, he is busy and could come in right away. I got excited when they came, and they did great work and showed up. They were professional.

Description of Work: Horst installed a chain link fence with two gates around my property back in 2000 - did an absolutely excellent job at an very good, competetive price. I don't remember the price now, but it beat the competitors. They then installed a wooden fence and drive gate in another part of my property back in 2005. Again, very happy with the price and the workmanship. I just recently had them back to readjust the gate after the nasty winter caused misalignment. They had it fixed in no time with no hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

Truly professional. Everything was prompt and professional. About a year ago, I had them come out and quote some fencing for me, which they did, and I hired them, and they installed it, and I've had no problems with it at all. Everything about the experience was great. I decided to finish up my fencing, and I got another quote for the remainder of the yard, and I'm using Horst again.
