We had a bed bug issue years ago, and we tried several companies and nothing seemed to work. We called Home Paramount and have had no issues with bed bugs since. Then, we had a huge bee nest (several hundreds, may thousands) underneath our vinyl siding. Home Paramount responded, identified the bees as not honey producers and then no more bee problem. We have been using Home Paramount for years now with quarterly spraying and even termite control. The technicians are always courteous and professional. They call well in advance to let us know what day they will be there. Love this company.

Everything they use is kid and animal safe. Their price and quality is excellent. Their responsiveness is fabulous. If they come out and it don't work, they will come back out and re treat it if they need to because they guarantee it. There is no charge if they have to come back out. The guy that always comes leaves a note at the office and they remind me that they are coming tomorrow.

They have done a wonderful job of protecting our lawn and home from things like bees, ants and stink bugs. They have been very helpful for us. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

I had just torn down a shed and ended up with mice in my house. I called Home Paramount and they gave a great price and the technician John was excellent. He explained everything he was doing, what to look for, how to help stop them, etc. He even showed me how to clean the coils on my old refrigerator to make it last longer. John came back 1 1/2 weeks later to followup and the problem is gone. I have a contract with them now to quarterly spray for spiders, ants, etc. The only problem with this company is that they do send a termite inspector to your house as a and quot;courtesyand quot;. It was unsolicited and now am told that I have termites. They wanted me to sign a contract and and quot;waive my right to canceland quot; so they could treat today. I did not sign anything and was upset that they would expect me to sign a contract for almost $600 right away. It was an unsolicited service. I also prefer to retain my right to cancel so I can get three quotes and make sure I actually have termites before drilling into my foundation. Overall, they are an excellent company and I will stay with them but I dislike unsolicited services because you don't know if the person is truthful or drumming up business.

We scheduled a termite inspection through this office as part of a purchase of a home. The guy who came out did not even go inside the house. He saw termites in a wood pile outside of the house and said the owners needed to treat and left. He did not charge us, but never gave us notification. He never submitted a report. My agent called and got 3 different stories as to why the inspection was not completed. He told the owners he wasn't even going to charge us because he felt sorry for us. The owners had a seperate inspection because they were nervous and we hired another company to do an inspection and there were no termites active in the house.... and no damage from prior termites that were treated. We feel this was totally unprofessional!
