+ -1 moreWe made our purchase online. Before they brought the washing machine, they did not tell us that they would not install it unless they supplied new hoses with them. So, we did not know that at the time. The result was, they left it, but did not install. Our interaction with them was okay. The washing machine is working fine. The selection was fine.

+ -1 moreThey are suppose to call tomorrow morning by 9am. We'll see what happens with schedule issue then.
Description of Work: This review is for 51 McCain Dr. Frederick,Md Store # 2511 West Frederick Installing company working with Home Depot for flooring issues appears to be unconcerned towards customers needs and time schedule. We had paid for an estimate for tile floor install with old floor removing. We were told by sales person that company doing installing would call the night before to set up appointment time, The person did not call until 9:20 am the day appointment was suppose to be on. Then informed us that they would be here between 12:30 and 2:30 pm. When I stated I already had scheduled that time for something else and that we were told that we would be the ones setting a time not the company telling us when they would arrive , person informed me that she works 3 counties and they call the day of appt. between 7:30am and 9 am. to state when they would be in area. She stated she would alert office that they would have to call tomorrow and let us know when they would be back in area. If this is how they do business just to schedule an estimate I can't even begin to invision the problems that would arise with actual floor being removed and installed!!
