house cleaning
+ -1 moreOverall cleaning quality was average. Crew was supposed to clean from 9-12 on Friday mornings. I have an afternoon appointment at my home office one Friday afternoon, and crew hadn't been her when I arrived at noon. They showed up at 12:30 and left at 2:00 PM. I noticed the charge on Monday was for 3 hours. I notified the office that they had over billed us. Kristie said she billed our credit card before checking time sheets, but that she would double check time sheets and call us back. Kristie left message admitting she over charged for service, but would apply credit toward next service. We told Kristie we were discontinuing service and wanted credit applied back to our credit card. The credit has still not been applied. Over Thanksgiving my daughter was visiting from Florida and asked my wife for two pieces of jewelry. We know the jewelry was there in August, but the pieces are missing now. I don't know that Handy Maids people took the jewelry, but we can't think of any other way the pieces could be missing since no one else has been in our house unsupervised.
Description of Work: Handy Maids came every other week to clean the house. Cleaning included bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming carpeted areas, and mopping hard surface floors.
