Another provider wanted to talk me into replacing pressure tank, pump the whole works. Estimated cost $5,000.00. H&H Well Drilling LLC came in. The tank needed to be pressured up. I would complain about the other company, a plumbing company, but I'm told that Angie's list removes history of complaint from records if company makes good. So a company might have a history of complaints but you won't find it out here. SO that's why Angie's list ain't gong to be renewed.

At first they were very responsive and gave a good estimate when the owner showed up to look at our well. the day the works arrived they didn't even come to the door to let us know they were there. The only reason we knew was because we could hear the equipment. The second day was the same thing. They also left a huge mess in our yard. I expected some mess as they would be drilling into the ground and pumping water to test the refill rate but I didn't expect the yard to look like it went through a mudslide. From there things only got worse. It turns out they charged us for more electrical line and pipe than they used and the length they used wasn't sufficiant to operate the well. This caused our pump to burn out and have to be replaced. My wife and I tried contacting the company to have them remedy the situation and we never heard from them after leaving messages. We ended up spending over $1000 more to fix it ourselves. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are very good, and very prompt. They came to do the work the day after I called them. About three years ago, they put the pump in for me, so it was under warranty but I had to pay for the labor for them to pull it out and replace it. We will continue to use them in the future.
