Hagerstown Floors

Description of Work: They refinished the downstairs floors.... it was OK except that they used a type of putty intended for repairing tiny scratches in furniture to fill in a sizeable area of termite damage in two floorboards. This product does not harden to a sandable finish and is not intended to fill in large areas of damage; they used SEVERAL JARS of it to "fix" the floorboards, and it is still soft and gooey to this day. Thankfully most of their "repair" is in an area that doesn't show....

Description of Work: they put marble tile in my bathroom. they did not care about tile color and put all the plain white tiles on one side of the room. the tiles are not level or spaced well. I had to start mixing the lighter and darker tiles myself when I noticed the problem and even though I asked them to replace a few of the whiter tiles with some darker ones while they were still working in that area they argued with me saying it was just the lighting and though I proved otherwise and the were supposed to fix it they did not. I will have some one come in and remove the tiles in question but not them. It is ridiculous that I can stump my toe on the uneven tiles and that the pattern is so un even I feel I must cover it up with a rug. This was supposed to be where I relaxed in my whirl pool and now every time I enter I get tense

Description of Work: We bought carpet from them, and they installed it as well.
