BUYER BEWARE.... They will rob you and your insurance company, they are dishonest to the point they lied about doing business with us to have the review removed on top of destroying my plywood and trying to make me pay $2800 for it

ExteriorMax was fantastic, living up to their claim of a full roof replacement at no expense to me (beyond the deductible on my insurance policy)! They used the highest quality materials and did not overlook fine details in the construction. My insurance company put up such a resistance to my claim that it never would have possible on my own. The team of ExteriorMax staff included negotiators and a public adjustor. Justin M was so personable, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish, guiding me through the entire process and providing clear answers to my every question. Adam S pulled off a feat that was nothing short of magical when it came time to schedule the job. The construction team was timely and professional. In summary, ExteriorMax recognized the need, valued me as a person, and performed quality work. This company is a gem in a crowded industry and I'm so glad I decided to work with them.

I could not be happier with Exteriormax. They replaced my roof, working with the insurance company, and took all the stress out of the event. Chidi helped me to go through all the process with my insurance company. Yes they helped me to file the claim and it covered the roof installation and dry wall repairs. Chidi is super gentle and very patient to explain every single step, came over for all inspections(roof and third floor dry wall) to make sure the inspector captured all issues, helped me to coordinate with drone inspection and followed up the installation. Exteriormax replaced our completely damaged roof. We specifically worked with Adam who gave an amazing and professional presentation, was a pleasure to work with, and was able to schedule our replacement within a couple of weeks of the inspection. The replacement took no more than a day and the results are incredible! We loved working with this company and would use them again!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company in Maryland. I had some major damage to my roof and my neighbors recently had their roof replaced. They were raving about their experience so they referred me to Exteriormax. Chidi was my go to person for all communication. He was responsive to all my texts and emails and concerns. Really good guy and wonderful to work with. The organization of this company is amazing. They are excellent with dealing with slow and unresponsive insurance companies to make sure your claim goes through. The day of roof replacement, the roofers were punctual and efficient. They did a great job. I never thought I'd want to stare at my roof for hours but I really like the quality and style. They even upgraded me with high quality shingles. Exteriormax, Chidi and the rest of the staff made the roof replacement experience really smooth and easy. Highly recommend them.

The team was great; on time and complete. Angel and his crew did a great job at installing and cleaning up before leaving. Even through the price was a little higher than other bids, they were able to do my roof in a quick fashion but not jeopardize quality. The roof looks great and the new skylights provide much better protection. I would recommend!
