Description of Work: I called Ehrlich of Hagerstown to remove wasps that were nesting behind the vinyl shutters on the first and second floors of my house. I was pleased that a technician was scheduled for the next afternoon. John arrived within the first 10 minutes of a two hour window. However, a violent thunderstorm prevented him from completing the job. We rescheduled for the next afternoon. He was right on time, completed the job of dusting behind the shutters quickly, and informed me that he saw wasps flying around the attic vent. He offered to put a vapor strip in the attic in case the vent screens were damaged and made clear that it would be included in the service price already quoted even though no interior service was discussed when making the appointment. He explained that they charge for the service of the problem, and not for the individual products or materials. He also treated a small nest under our porch furniture after he noticed activity around it. Before he left, he emailed the proof of service receipt and explained that it could take a few days for all of the colony to be killed, but if I see any wasps around the shutters after 7 days to call and he would come back out to re-treat the area for no charge.

Description of Work: Original service was to exterminate mice; they did an excellent job--and I live on a farm. I then subscribed to their annual service ($40/month)to keep the house insect-free (or close to it). They come and treat the ground outside (and some inside work) 3 times a year. They always email to ask if a date is okay and they always come when they say. What I like most is that the same service person comes each time. Although no one can eliminate stink bugs, they have been very responsive and we are slowly protecting the house against another huge infestation.

They come out three times a year and do an inspection and spray as needed. They’ll come out any time that you need them - I have had to call them occasionally off maintenance too.
