I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done.

Dave not only fixed the problem, he came out within two days and despite having to travel to obtain a needed part, he did the job same day. He went above what I expected in customer service in writing a specialized receipt that I requested and delivering it in person. He did every thing with the customer in mind and an incredibly nice guy!

Dave works on regular *and* manufactured homes, and I live in a manufactured home as a retiree. Not all plumbers do this work, it's a little different from regular homes. He and his assistant are prompt, courteous, careful, explain what they recommend and why, are efficient and tidy - and charge reasonable fees, no pressure.

What I was impressed with was I came home after work and I submitted this on Friday evening. He called within 10 minutes and we agreed on a price and he came and installed it. He was very responsive.
