When my Cadillac started losing its mind with random error messages and non-working high beams and turn signals and a host of issues I thought I'd have to buy a new car, seriously. Eventually the car wouldn't start. My wife's Saturn Outlook also wouldn't start and I had to have it towed from home. I'm a pretty smart person and I can figure out most issues with Google, YouTube, and a little effort. However, both of these issues were beyond anything I could find online and even though I have a PhD I still couldn't solve these issues. We schedule service and repair work and they get it done when promised. They have also done a major repair or two with better results and pricing than the dealer. The shop is a little messy, but the work is done well and when promised. If unexpected problems occur they explain the problem, give us the available options and we decide how to proceed. This was a preventive maintenance visit, primarily. That old car is doing fine and has never needed any repair work because of the preventive maintenance I've had done there. I recommend this to anyone interested in maintaining reliability of their vehicles.
