Description of Work: I called this General Contractor on two separate occasions - in Aug 2013 and in Oct 2013. We wanted to have some concrete work done at our home. BOTH TIMES he did not return my call for a week and BOTH TIMES he told me the exact same thing, "Can I call you back on Monday, say between 8 and 9 am, to set up a time to meet that is mutually agreeable to both of us? I can't set up the time now because, you know how it goes, things come up." BOTH TIMES he did not call me back! To get the EXACT same response and action - or inaction - two months apart is inexcuseable. This is NOT professional behavior. If he does not have the time to take on another job, at least call back, be upfront, and say he cannot do it. I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I would not recommend calling this provider.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. There are some changes that I would have made that I did not consider at the time. All the windows and doors were construction grade and looking back now I would have picked this out myself and chose a higher quality.
Description of Work: We had our covered porch turned into a family room. Had an addition to the home added that included a new bathroom and bedroom.
