They did complete everything they committed to doing, for a reasonable price compared to the other estimates we received. However, they did the absolute bare minimum in the cheapest, quickest way possible. Overall, their work was very sloppy and they were unwilling to clean-up any of their work after they were finished. Especially, the caulking around the windows on the exterior -- they did not caulk all the way around the windows, and what they did caulk is thick, sloppy, and in some places, literally dripping off the corners. We asked them to clean up the work, but said they did all they could do. They also painted the exterior, but did not clean/prep the majority of the exterior. It didn't state in the estimate that they would powerwash the exterior before painting, but I had assumed as professionals, they would prep and clean the surface adequately -- my mistake. I fully expect we will have to have our house painted again within the next year or two, due to their negligence. If you are looking to flip a house, cheap and quickly -- these are your guys. But if you are looking for work that will be quality and long-lasting, I would highly suggest you use someone else. I hate to be so critical, but in the end we were incredibly disappointed with their work. I would hate for anyone else to run into the same situation.

In the midst of trying to make repairs and updates, we hired Chadro Construction to do several things here. We needed a concrete patio poured, our roof replaced on our home and shop. We needed the wood on the shop either repaired or replaced, and the double wood shop doors removed, wood jamb replaced, and doors reset back on their hinges. The shop had broken pull-down stairs to the upper storage area, and Chadro Construction removed and replaced them with a new set.We needed all of the paint scraped, prepped and painted on the shop, and once again, our shop looks great!We needed to get to the bottom of a flooring problem in the bonus room, and Chadro Construction solvedthe problem and discovered that the sub-flooring was improperly installed and removed and repaired it for us.The wood on our balcony/deck was starting to fall apart due to age, and Chadro Construction replaced it for us, and it looks great again. For years when we stepped out the back of our home, there were slabs of stone and gravel. We wanted a concrete patio and Chadro Construction, once again, dug in and poured one for us. Ray Ridenour, the owner of Chadro Construction, is very reliable and runs an honest business. He was a pleasure towork with; very refreshing compared to my 13 years of living here and dealing with various contractors over the years. You can get services to come out, but the quality and reliability with Chadro Construction - there is no comparison! Hire with confidence and know that you can rely on this company.
