+ -1 moreI needed a new appraisal on several properties for both refinancing and to verify my net worth. This appraisal was needed before the end of the year and to be very accurate. I looked for a local professional with a long history of realestate experience and found it in Bower's Appraisal Services. All services exceeded expectations at a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: Mr. Bowers performed an indepth appraisal of both my residential and rental properties. His subject knowledge and experience exceeded expectations in all regards. His comparisons and computations were flawless and supported my refinance endeavors without question from the lender. He demonstrated an indepth interest, professionalism and a non-hurried approach at all times. I would definately recommend his services to anyone and will use his company again if provided the opportunity.
